- It was very pretty and staff was friendly and made us feel very welcomed

- The bed blanket and quilt smelled like body odor. The front desk promptly replaced them when I called. The shower curtain also needed replacing as it had mold on the bottom and gave off a must odor. Better cleaning of room 402 was needed.
- Staff taught to say 'no, however, I can do it this time ' Why give a negative answer at all if you are allowed to provide for the guest? Better to just say 'well of course, would you like anything else?'
