No room service only three days at a time no one brought towels when asked dryer did not dry mildewed all my clothes air conditioner did not work properly

Bathroom floor was filthy, feet stuck to the floor Guy at front desk rude and argumentative asked for more coffee for the room he said they don't provide coffee for the rooms even know that housekeeping provided me with it a couple times.

The hotel was really clean and the staff were super nice. Loved the breakfast selection as well!

The young Lady who work at the front desk, treated me so well and kind. She got me in a nice Beautiful room to stay in.

Their was a few items and trash under the bed.

Location and breakfast

Our initial room was under construction, they had to give us a different room. It was very hard to get housekeeping to clean our room , give us clean towels and toiletries. Our card keys would not work, x 3.

The staff was very helpful and courteous along with the room and property extremely clean and comfortable.

The hotel was easy to find, just off 195, the breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was the best part. There were options to choose from such as waffles on the waffle makers, cereal, yogurt, fried eggs (over well), and coffee or tea. The linens were fresh and clean, and there was a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker.

The main drawbacks were the age of the hotel (80?s fixtures), the view of the freeway, and that the room was connected to another room by a locked door ( where there was a space with someone?s dirty work boots). We could hear our neighbor talking.

The rooms were extremely clean. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming.

Convenient to my area

King bed was unreasonably hard. So much so that we were both in pain when we woke up

It was awful mold everywhere. The advertising stated clean it was not.

Toilet didn¿t work all the time. Carpets filthy. Cabinet for refrigerator broken.

The two room suite had only one control for temperature. My daughter was comfortable while zIbwas freezing.

First room had standing water in the carpet by the window 2nd room was a handicap room,furniture was dirty, lamp shades had black stuff on them. The couch was old and dirty, I couldn¿t even sit on it. There was a roach, needs an update! Wouldn¿tstayaga

The staff is absolutely fantastic It¿s a great location. The rooms are clean free hot breakfast gym pool. What more can you want?
