Quality Inn Palm Bay - Melbourne I-95

Room layout with desk. Good basic room and breakfast made it a good stay.

Elevator waiting during busy morning and afternoon hours. A lot of furniture moving was going on during my stay.

Staff and coffee

The next room was loud until long after midnight. Dig barking across the hall. Fan on air conditioner rattled. Noise was an issue.

Musty room odor at first

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.

It had a musty smell. There was a terrible stain on the carpet as you entered the room, (222).

the 2nd floor where our room was seemed to have a moisture issue. There was a damp, musty smell. Our room had some sort of contraption hanging in to trap moisture. 1st floor & lobby were fine.

The night desk clerk was very friendly

False advertising. Their website showed a nice fitness center. There is no fitness center. The website showed a breakfast with fresh fruits and yogurts. There is no fresh fruits or yogurts. The morning front desk clerk did not care or apologize.

Price and location made this property.

First night, I discovered a ranch in the bathroom and was moved to a different but better room. The staff was very hpful and supportive.

I had to change room because there was a foul oden in the room i had to go to the store and buy some air freshener.

The front staff were very very nice & very helpful though they had to work through.some very trying conditions with their being no air conditioning in the lobby at all. Everyone was wonderful and a pleasure to worn with.

The internet connections was TERRIBLE! Most the time the calls would just drop,the TV¿s were so hard to hear as well that I wound up not ;even turning it on, internet issues were veery frustrating.t

The cleanliness and the staff. Also the convenience items in the room - like the refrigerator etc. The pool was nice and there was a small gym and even though it was closed for renovations it would have been a nice plus. The free breakfast was also good.

NOTHING. I did not enjoy my stay. Staff is rude and they are very dishonest and thieves. The hotel room did not smell clean and fresh. The rooms spelled very musky and also like cigarettes.

I assumed staff knew of the smells already considering they hang damprid bags in their room. Which are filled to the top with water. They accused me of Smoking in their rooms and took $500 out of my account. They are liers and thieves.

The room was clean. The mini fridge actually chilled our beverages. The breakfast food and coffee tasted decent.

During the online booking, I clearly stated there would be 4 guests and yet, was only provided 3 towels. The room had a very pronounced musty odor. I lowered the air conditioning and it helped with the smell. The drains did not drain well at all.

Easy to locate, easy to park, easy to unload luggage, nice clean room, overall clean hotel

Entering the hotel lot at night was difficult since there are few signs on the unlighted service road to show you how to get there. I wasn¿t the only customer to drive over a curb as I navigated the entry drive on the east side.
