Hyatt Place Melbourne/Palm Bay

Excellent service, staff was courteous, entire suite was clean.

Super clean hotel, super big room with king bed and sofa area, beautiful swimming pool, friendly and efficient staff

A few extra sunbeds at the poll would be good

The room was modern, clean, and spacious. Definitely one of the best three star hotels we?ve ever stayed at!

Lovely room and pool are

Parking fee was disappointing

Great room,location and facilities

Parking fee

Nice big rooms, very quiet closing doors, great breakfast selection. Delicious morning coffee, great staff

It was a clean, modern, large room in a hotel with exercise room and including a good breakfast. The pool looks clean but it is small and the setting is not inviting.

It is right on I95 but a distance from Melbourne.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! The fitness center was great! The hotel and room far exceeded expectations as the price was low. We stay in hotels often and this one fit all our needs for a family of 4. (11 & 9 year olds)

The shower pressure wasn?t great and the pool was on the cooler side.

Location, room size, cleanliness

I liked the location. It is 1 minute away from a major highway and less than 5 minutes away from major stores like Publix and Walmart.

There was a stain on the couch cushion, the TV in the room shut off every time I pressed the guide button, the dish return during breakfast had no sign and was tucked into a corner so it was easily missed, and there was no plain tea!

Awesome staff at the desk. Very helpful and accommodating. Morning free breakfast was great.

The staff was amazing. This is my 2nd time staying with them . It was so nice to be greeted by staff right walking in.She even asked about how my son was adjusting to college from or last visit .

Would be nice if they had more breakfast options like waffles, or allergy friendly options.

Breakfast, staff, room size, area where the hotel is located.

My last 2 nights I had little ants everywhere in the room.

The location

Terrible customer service, the flies all around and landing on the breakfast food.

Clean, good location, decent free breakfast, good parking, friendly staff.

Thé room was large and well furnished but linens were not perfect. The shower did not work and maintenance had to be called. The room was a long walk from the elevator but was very large. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage and cut fruit. Good!

Did not like the shower.

friendly staff, clean well stocked rooms, nice pool, great breakfast, stocked bar

no towels outside at the pool

Great location,free parking,free tastie breakfast,clean room,cordial staff,nice towels, quiet a/c in room.

Front desk staff and rest of staff very pleasant.

Felt dirty hallways had trash in same location for my whole stay. Room had off smell was semi clean and had a lot of issues of broken items. This experience was way different then my 1st and as a resu be staying at a different hotel.

The staff was friendly, the room was well-designed, and breakfast was exceptional!

Should be upfront about pet fees.
