Home2 Suites by Hilton Palm Bay Melbourne I 95

I had to ask for soap for the bathroom because there was none. We never did find the TV remote. I told the front desk but they didn't seem to care because we were checking out. The fan in the room was very loud. The carpet felt wet from moisture.

The staff was great and the room was clean. I felt very safe also.

I didn't love the breakfast choices.

Power went out twice on the morning of checkout. No working generator, a surprise for a hotel in FL.

Location to shopping and restaurants. Right off I95 exit.

Breakfast although free was very limited. Not a deal breaker however.

Large spacious room with kitchen amenities and inviting pool area. The breakfast provided was a far cry from embassy suites model. It was impossible to use the  one  waffle maker for the entire hotel. The prepackaged egg sandwiches and

Since the Hotel is pet friendly, the rugs in guest rooms need to be replaced by lobby style washable flooring . Room carpeting and bedding had pet stains and elevators odors. Breakfast had one waffle maker, small serving of bacon

Location was great for my needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Off the freeway and parking was good. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The mat in the shower was very dirty from water stain. The towels were also not clean either

The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff was friendly and always greeted us when coming back in. The breakfast was okay but many people seem to enjoy it. I have a peculiar taste. We will stay with Home 2 Suites again.

I know understand it's a pet friendly hotel, but there was pet hair on the bed sheets. And the walls and doors in the room could be wiped down.

Room had an odor, and a sock and candy wrappers from the previous guest

The staff is excellent. Clean and well maintained. Convenient, quiet location.

We requested two beds(it was confirmed)but when we arrived on Christmas Eve, they only had a room with one bed and a sleeper sofa! We were not happy, but what could we do?! We spent 7 nights in that room! We made do, because we like Home2 Suites.

Friendly staff members willing to help with anything. Clean eating dining area. Beds were comfortable. Free wifi.

Front Desk and housekeeping was very attentive.

Dishes in the dish washer were rusty , the can opener.

Three beds in the room was nice

This hotel has ants!!! Bad! It will give your rental car ants it will give your luggage ants it will you ants to bring home to California and further spread their ant agenda!!! There¿s also no hair dryer no conditioner and the breakfast selection is boo!

Comfy beds and good location.

2nd Home2 in 6 months that have adv. Fire Pit & none of them are even connected. Outlets in rooms are broken. Light in bathroom motion censored and went off all night & had to put bandaid on sensor! Breakfast was deplorable. no milk/juice. Floors filthy.

Other than one gentleman that works at the front desk all employees were extremely rude and acted like I did not exist and I got banned due to being a medical liability according to the woman at the front desk

There were bugs in my room. Hotel was outdated.
