Swimming pool #1: Closed from Mon, Sep 01, 2025 until Thu, Oct 30, 2025 A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests who intend to arrive outside check-in hours must contact the property in advance. Balcony or patio preference cannot be guaranteed as it will be allocated upon arrival based on availability. Please note that only 1 pet per reservation at a maximum of 20 pounds will be allowed. Guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in without an official parent or guardian. Please note if more than two adults guests are staying in a room, an extra guest surcharge will apply for each additional guest. The property is not able to offer any accessible accommodations due to the limitation restriction placed by the property size as well as the original 1950's design of the building.
