I hated it piles were messed up room flooded and I couldn’t even get my money back or a free night or couple night stay

The first room I was given was dirty and smelled of cigarettes and the second room was full of roaches and had no shower head in the bathroom and no water pressure in the sink… not to mention the nasty turd that was in the toilet when I walked in

Definitely NOT whats in the pictures at all. The room we got put in was absolutely horrible, bed was dirty, room was dirty, there was a crap ton of spiders and mold. Im pregnant I cant be breathing that in and it's really messed up how we had no choice bcuz every other hotel was booked up. Would NOT recommend sleeping or staying here. Do better, actually clean and fix up the rooms and do what your supposed to.

Room infested, paint peeling tub, omg worst hotel i ever ever ever been to this place need to be shut down. The room size is the only good thing about it everything else from the dirty sheets , nasty tub the hotel literally needs to be condemned...seriously

The only thing that I liked it was the price because it was it was decent but when I get there I book it online and I put a card on file and it held it until I had to pay this certain amount when I get to the window I get to the window and the man at the window saying oh no you got to pay extra $20 and extra five dollars for this and the extra $20 for this because that's the online right well if it booked it online for that right and if I got to come to your window and pay that online rate why isn't your manager informing or updating his online account saying that it's an extra $20 if you got to pay in cash when you get to the window so I didn't get my room because he

When I arrive, I was told that my reservation was voided due to no open room, why would you take reservations online if your establishment doesn't have rooms to rent out for those days?

Well when I booked the room I was happy with the price and distance from our destinAtion venue, however when we arrived at the motel the lobby was locked and when someone finally came to assist I was told no rooms available even though I had a reservation.

The location was not lit at all. It was very run down outside. The motel lobby was locked with no staff. Didn't feel safe even sitting in the parking lot. We drove 18 hours from Ohio only to be told at 9 pm arrival there was no room available for us. I was given a number for oyo management and the lady on the phone just said well what do you want me to do, you're already past your deadline to cancel so you're gonna be charged for the stay? I told her I wanted a room to sleep in tonight bc we just drove 18 hours from Ohio and have no where to stay. It took 20 mins on the phone with her to be told well I'll cancel it but you're probably gonna be charged and I won't be able to refund it to you.

Uncleaned and didn't check the rooms before putting it up for reservations. Obviously the owner didn't check to see if the housekeeper was doing their job effectively. What a first impression to see a dirty pad attached on top of the towel hanger ? and cigarette holes and stains on the bed spread covers. Dusty air conditioner units and holes everywhere inside the room. Very disappointing but I guess it's where all the cheap and nasty people go. My first and last time ever going there.

The lady tried her best to be accommodating

Where do I even begin? The first room I was given had literal blood on the floor and comforter, the door was ajar when I walked up. She gave me another room but informed me it wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes. We had a concert to go to so that was fine but the second room wasn’t much better. The furniture all looks like it was found on the side of the road. It’s definitely one of those u get what u pay for. Which for us was just a place to crash to drive home the next day

The door has no safety latch. You could see this door because it didnt fit tight. The sink water was off and ac stayed on;62 and there were no controls that worked. And the blankets all had holes from cigarettes
