Cons -
- The process of Valet and checkin is unprofessional
- They're advertised as a Walt Disney resort but are not.
- There were people and young teens running around up and down the hallways screaming, elevators backed up. lobby full of kids and food everywhere. Housekeeping did not clean our room properly, hidden fees, rude staff.
