Hotel Belair Orlando Near Florida Mall

Hotel is very outdated. All walls and door had dirt marks on them. There were small flying bugs coming in the sink drain. Bedding was clean. No comforter was provided. Only sheets.

The bed was a king size mattress on a full size frame when sitting on bed if not careful would fall to floor happened to me and I left before the first night was over don’t think I will be staying here again

The room was fairly cheap

The room was dirty, NO OUTLETS, and black mold in the shower

Noisy area.Even room farthest away from road was noisy. Also beeping all night long, I assume from repeated room entry all night long? Room was sanitary, if not we'll cleaned. The nearby Burger King had MUCH lower standards than this motel.

The night desk girl was polite and efficient. the worker who cleans the rooms was also friendly and polite. these two employees delivered excellent customer service. I am a AAA tow operator so I am familiar with customer service, and total satisfaction.

I regret to report the rudeness and unrestrained verbal behavior of the manager at this hotel. would I have been able to leave without losing payment I would have certainly not stayed a second night. this hotel is a detriment to your brand.SORRY.

Nice and quiet.

Smallest bathroom in the world. The sheets were clean but it looked like they hadn't even vacuumed under the bed in a decade. "Breakfast" was weak coffee and a mini donut. TV had so many channels without any sound.

There were roaches all over the room. The sheets had not been changed from the previous people. I know because there was a blood spot on the sheet near my pillow. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink and only hot water in the shower.

The room was extremely small. The bathroom door didn't have a door handle. U can see a big hold in it

Cucarachas en la habitación. Toallas mal lavadas y rotas. No existe un área para comer el mal llamado desayuno continental. Falla del wifi en la habitacion. Camas mal arregladas. No cambian las sabanas cuando se le indica.

The room was very clean, remodeled bathroom was nice as well

The office had a weird smell and the tv was not very clear but other than that it was nice

Just got there they gave us a undone room, we has to change rooms, then we changed the door keys 3 times, microwave dirty

The bathroom was fine

The size of the room and one of the pillows had a stain. I'm not expecting a five star hotel setting, however I expect clean bed spread. The carpet needs to be cleaned more properly, beyond those things, this is an okay place to spend a night or two.

Location near great mall. Low rate
