Clean, friendly staff, walking distance from Epic Universe

There is nothing that we didn’t like

Check in and check out was easy. The rooms were quiet and spacious. The elevators were quick. Food was generally very good, although breakfast seemed a little pricey for the amount. Beds were comfortable. Staff was exceptionally helpful. The hot tub was excellent.

As mentioned, the breakfast seemed a bit overpriced for what you received. A few more menu options overall would be nice, especially as the outside grill closes down at 6.The fish tacos are very good, but I would have missed them if my son hadn't told me that he had had them. So maybe menus in the room for each resturant? With operating hours. So you could call in an order and wouldn't have to sit and wait while its being prepared.

The hotel is small, and close to the park. Takes 5 minutes to walk to the gate! We finished Epic by 2 PM, and then returned to the hotel to swim. Then returned to the park for our dinner reservation! No stress!

No dislikes.

Staff, location, early entry to theme park, large hot tub and pool with complimentary pool toys, decor was stylish, bus service to theme parks was efficient

The on property store was ridiculously expensive and food purchased there was okay, not great. Pool closed at 10:00 pm-too early, we wanted to use it after the theme parks. Our room was cleaned every other day which is okay, but not awesome.

Location is close to EPIC Universe with 10 min walking distance. Hotel is still new and facility is good

Outdoor Parking is 32$ per night. Minimart onsite is very expensive. bed is too soft. price / value is very low.

Location next to Epic and buses to universal/ islands / CityWalk . Also good for quick meals and gym is very good for a hotel

Could do with another option for dining on site or closer by

No one cleaned our room for our entire stay. Elevators are odd, always full or a line to get in.

Parking issues

Location - perfect for any of the Universal Parks.

Rooms are basic. And towels are really small.

Pool, Food availability, shop and the staff were awesome. Location to Epic and decor.

A bit off the strip, to far to walk with kids. Suggest, maybe have shuttle that drops on International Drive on was to universal parks.

The hotel is terrific, very modern and clean. Easy access to Epic, both walking and by shuttle!

There was good value fir the amount of foid provude8.

We've stayed at Terra Luna and now Atella Nova. I enjoyed both, but give the edge to Stella Nova. No real difference, just the ambience.

The location to epic is great and not a long bus ride to city walk

No room cleaning on 2 night stays

It looked kind of nice inside but seemed uninspired. The bus to Universal Epic Universe was okay but the line went out into the parking lot so we ended up walking more taking the bus than if we drove there ourselves.

The room was much smaller than the Holiday Inn room we had the day before and the beds were far less comfortable, not to mention that the Holiday Inn had free breakfast, an extra pull-out bed, bigger bathroom, more table space and seating, all for less than a quarter of the price, and the drinks here were another expensive add-on. Universal Epic Universe is technically in walking distance to the hotel, but much further than expected. There wasn’t a whole lot else to do near the hotel and Universal CityWalk was also further than expected and you still have to pay a lot for parking if you don’t take the bus.

The pool area was great and the cafe worked well for our needs.

The shower door in the bathroom wouldn't close and kept opening mid shower. The room was tight and not sound proof so we heard the music from outside in our room etc.
