Pros +

Staff was friendly. Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was great!
Hotel is clean and close to UCF.
Great location -- convenient to UCF and many restaurants. The high first-floor ceilings were unexpected and striking. Very comfortable room, and breakfast was tasty. We had a great stay!

Cons -

Nope!
We arrived at the hotel after check-in time and our room was not ready. We had a graduation event to go to and needed our room on time.
If I had to find a complaint, I'd say the coffee station is not set up to avoid traffic jams. Only one person can fit in there at a time, so everyone has to wait for that person to fill a cup, then add cream/sugar/etc., then stir.

when we arrived the female that checked us in was very nice and she explained the process to us and told us a little about the hotel amenities. The room was clean and it was very spacious we had a microwave, refrigerator a kitchen sink with dishes

the breakfast was a plus but i expected it to be different for example freshly made eggs, bacon, etc like most of the hotels i have been to that offered breakfast. This hotel had packaged breakfast sandwiches.

Large modern room with big kitchen

Kitchenette in room, access to bbq grill

Pull out couch was terrible with no linens and hotel was out of linens.

Huge Room, clean and very modern but I did find strains of hair in the bathtub and around the sink. The front desk clerks were cordial but only one very helpful.

One room I stayed in the shower water was luke warm at best. Other room smell like a dog.

The hotel is new. Rooms are large. Nice kitchenette area. Brightly lit hallways. Clean. Very, friendly and professional staff. My stay was a 5 star experience. I will definitely look for the Hilton Home 2 Suites in other cities when traveling.
