- We noticed that the staff was very friendly and prepared to make sure we were happy with everything. It was nice to park in covered parking ramp. The transportation system was great.
- Proximity to universal, the shuttle, the cost. Staff were all super helpful and friendly.
- The atmosphere and the hospitality.
Cons -
- No.
- Not really a big deal, but having no carpet, we heard a lot of footsteps above us in the early morning. Likely excited kids :)
- The parking garage was a little inconvenient
