SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Convention Center/International Drive Area

Location, room and staff

Waffels and pancakes cold

Check-in was simple and a real pleasure. The gentleman who checked us in was so helpful in explaining everything; I wish I could remember his name. The ladies making and serving breakfast were so welcoming I felt like I was at home with mom.

I would like to have a safe in the room.

That they were understanding to the situation and moved us to a new room

There were issues with the cleanliness of the first rooms we were in.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff are the hardest working I have ever seen. Give them all a huge raise.. People cleaning the halls were excellent too.

Room next to service dog. Owner left the dog alone for hours barking constantly.

Hotel had a good location and wa nice inside. Breakfast was always good and the staff was great and very helpful. Enjoyed the stay and was at a decent price.

Did not like that the pool was not in the sun, most of the day ,,, maybe was only in part of AM. This was diueto placement on the side of the tall building. Would rather have been i nteh sun for a tan, like the Residence inn had next door.

The rooms were very clean and updated. Close to many things to do on international drive

Breakfast was just ok

Coffee / Tea in lobby Breakfast was great! Staff excellent!

Carpet in the hallways, dirty/stained and needed to be vacuumed. Sink - had a constant drip and only warm water. Shower - faucet drip. To stop you had to tighten the knob so hard, it was almost impossible to turn on.

Location

1. Only 1 elevator serves and to use it you have to wait around 25 minutes, which is absurd 2. that day the fire alarm sounded at 6.30am and we all had to go out to the parking lot it was crazy 3. they charge parking which you arrive and not available

The front desk lady was super professional even though the customer checking in in front of me was being belligerent and rude to her.

I loved the breakfast. Great food and many options to choose from. Débora, the lady from the breakfast area, was so happy, kind and polite. She made my mornings feel wonderful. Her happiness is contagious!

Did not receive the refund of my deposit yet.

Location is good.

Pool was too tight. Breakfast area can be improved for efficiency. Room is a little musty and smelly.

Room clean, staff nice and breakfast great food

Amazing hotel and service! We got there last minute in desperate need, the front desk  was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with 2 staff and Marita, being more than extraordinarily. Everyone including these ladies were so so sweet

Room was especially clean and nice. The staff was helpful and polite.

The pool was smaller than expected.

Very good location and great staff.

The AC made a lot of noise.

It was very clean. It smelled amazing. The room was very spacious.

Great sofa bed, lots of space and great breakfast

Got an unexpected charge on my card after checkout, could not get though to the hotel to remove it so I just have to deal with it

It was very close to the Water Park that my family and I visited that day. So convenience was the best part. It was also clean. The staff was nice, pleasant and respectful. It offered breakfast even thou my family and I woke up too late to eat breakfast.

We needed 2 additional towels in the room and additional facial tissue, not a big deal, The pull out couch did not have a mattress. There was not any water in the fridge. it was noisy in the hallway. A lot of traffic and yelling.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast area was clean, had good selection of foods and staff was very accommodating. Love that there was always coffee/tea available in the lobby.

Only downside was the internet which was really slow, reception was terrible in there and the hotel shampoo and conditioner were watered down in the containers. It was really just water. But that was a minor thing that can be overlooked. Great hotel!

Great location. Clean hotel. Decent price.
