Extra waiting time during check out . only one front desk team member was available at 9 AM
I found that our room was nice, but it was questionable as to why we were sleeping on a coffee stained sheet. The bathroom towels were also stained.

Staff were all friendly and very helpful! The property was beautiful and there was a ton to do. There were plenty of food and drink options as well.

Pool area was amazing with large family pool and separate adults-only pool area. Truly made our stay exceptional for our wedding anniversary (complementary champagne, chocolates and $50 resort credit).

facility is newer, heated outdoor pool.

window looking out at garage is unappealing. no service outside facility; also not ADA complaint with hotel entrance to ground floor.

Hotel was awesome, clean and new.  waiter for dinner was great. I recommend the Brussels sprouts and the halibut for dinner.

It was clean and beautiful.

The bartender! He took advantage of me telling him I rarely drink and only drink frozen strawberry daiquiris. He offered to make me a strawberry lemon drop drink, I accepted. My check for this drink was $23.43 for Â¿1 Absolut Cintron as MartiniÂ¿.

Stayed here when first opened & was great! This trip staff seemed rushed & food was extremely disappointing. Hamburger almost raw to go & generally great food so was very surprisedÂ¿.top outdoor restaurant was closed for a private function-disappointing.

Hopefully just growing painsÂ¿ will wait a few months before trying this property again. Such a beautiful hotel- rooms clean, location excellent for Disney, great walking/ running path- room with Â¿resort viewÂ¿ was 3rd floor industrial loud roof- ugh.

The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. They also have great Disney tips. The pool and cabana staff are second to none.

Large lobby, and rooms. Beautiful pool.

Parking was a long way from elevators from the room. Check in was 4pm, so with resort fee there is very little time to actually use the resort.

It was a classy hotel

I was suppose to get a park view but ended up with a parking garage view. Parking was expensive when your already paying a 35.00 resort fee

Hotel was great, staff was super helpful and Friendly. Had an issues and they fixed it within minutes. Wanted a vending machine in the middle of the night and they opened the little store for us.

Absolutely immaculate!!! The property was cleann, modern, gorgeous, and everything youÂ¿d want in a hotel in Orlando.

Parking fee of $30-$40 was outrageous considering we are not directly in the middle of the city and itÂ¿s not like parking is hard to come by. The location of the hotel is all the way at the end of bonnet creek so itÂ¿s surrounded by trees and secluded.

Fantastic Property - Will Stay Again

The rock climbing wall and other activities for kids closed too early at 4 pm, and my kids were bummed they didn't get to try. Also, the miniature golf closed at 5 pm. Other than that great bonus with the rock climbing wall et

I love jw Marriotts itÂ¿s the only hotel I will stay in.top of the line amenities. My son loved the kids recreation area and the fairy door scavenger hunt. The food at jw Marriott restaurants are pricey but worth it if you can book into the restaurant.

This is a newer jw Marriott recently finished but I was surprised to see paint drippings and torn paint spots on wall as well as we had an ant issue in the bathroom. DonÂ¿t get me wrong the room and hotel was awesome just some things I noticed.

Location - tucked away from all the usual traffic and business congestion.

The rooms were small - designed more for travelers who do not plan on staying in the room for extended periods of time.
