Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Orlando International Drive/Convention Center

The parking situation is unacceptable. They have maybe two dozen spots for their entire hotel. Oh, they still charge you for parking, but you are left to find a random space large enough to fit your car in somewhere on the property.

They charge for parking and not parking also they charge me $150 for a service dog.

Transportation to the parks needs to be more clearer when booking. They only offer 2 times. 850am to drop off and 6pm to pick up. Parking at the hotel is a joke. Never enough space even though you pay for it. Breakfast needs more options. Room smelled

Great location to ICON Park. Free breakfast. Nice lobby area with lots of seating. Free coffee & tea.

The parking fee. The room, particularly the bathroom, needs to be updated to modern standards. Breakfast is free, but options for healthy food is limited.

The location is great and the hotel is very clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good, too!

The front desk female staff very un friendly and have no concept of customer service , while male staff was more friendly and professional. I was denied to see the manager during my check out

Parking. Someone hit my car . Left a note in my don my door. I went inside the hotel to inform the telling me the don't y don't have toidn't have to do nothinanything with that?. But is in the Martriott hotel property.

Breakfast closed and everything was pulled exactly on time. Wish they would have left it for us stragglers, there were a few groups after us that were looking as well. Even coffee was gone. Other than that it was great! Front desk gave free parking pass

I loved how it was in a very walkable location & the hotel had so many activities within!

I wished we would?ve have received cleaning at least for one day, we stayed for 4 days & we just wanted someone to clean the bathroom floor but when they came around we were given towels & toilet paper. We took out the trash too

Absolutely nothing!

I never went. It was during the storm and they didn't even consider giving me a refund. The room wasn't even booked for 5 entire minutes

Great Location

The room was damp and musty smelling, carpet felt sticky and damp even with the air cranked up. Reported to front desk, they blew us off.

very clean and staff is friendly

You have to pay for 16 usd per day for parking and when you go back to the hotel at night mostly there are no spots available so basically you pay for a spot that is not permanent. which i think is not fair.

I loved having "breakfast included" in my hotel experience. The choices were plentiful. The room cleaning did fantastic. Hotel employee helped me with my i trolley transportation needs; she was so amazing! All the front desk were attentive and pleasant, also.

I forgot to ask if breakfast was available "on the go (like a sack lunch). This would have helped me for my early mornings for the conference at the convention center.

They say on the website that they had airport transport. They did not. No one anserd the phone at the location

They charge $16. A day to park and they don't even have parking available. You have to drive around and it's dark to walk to the hotel

Staff members like breakfast attendees don't speak English, the lady was mad when I asked her something and she said spanish spanish what?,,,

Everything was horrible , Room stunk like mildew mold there is no cold water IN THE SHOWER ITS WARM OR HOT . Bed bugs filthy carpets stains just dirty overall everything I did not stay my full time left early it was disgusting .
