Location, nice breakfast, very clean, deserved a higher number of stars

Comfortable bed, clean, wifi worked well.

A bit dated. Have me an accessible room which made the shower challenging.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Hotel employee at the front desk was a delight. She was pleasant and efficient. The breakfast was standard for similar places but well maintained and stocked. They kept the tables clean and available as guest left.

Getting in/out of hotel can be problematic; barriers in nearby parking lot to access Kirkman. Vineland offers only right turn exit. It proved difficult for our Uber. Our room had an unpleasant smell when entering. For us, we became nose blind to it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Good breakfast.

Beds were a little on the firm side and 3 pillows on the bed. For 4 people 2 pillows each is better. We were able to call and request more.

Room was clean, shower had great pressure, shower had body wash, shampoo and conditioner that had a scent good for both men and women.

Little on the walls for decoration. Fridge froze all of our drinks.

They switched the room from 2 queens to one Kong which did not work at all for us. We were then given a room that looked liked it had suffered some flooding the day before. Luckily we were only staying 1 night.

Sink was clogged with nasty water the whole time I was there. I complained 3 times and was ignored! Terrible hotel!

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We have been frequent visitors to the Orlando area for many years, this is our new favorite hotel.

The hot tub is not operational.

Quiet. Barely ever heard any other guests. Bathroom privacy and toilet and shower is separate from sink. First room stunk of marijuana/mold and we were quickly given another room that smelled clean. Air conditioner fan can run continuously. Coffee!

Nasty eggs for breakfast, turkey sausage barely edible. Be aware there is a fire station across the street-although we only heard sirens during the day-never at night-so didn¿t bother us.

Couldn’t change the input on the tv, asked a guy to come up and fix it but he didn’t seem to know how.

The TV's did not work. The front desk attendant could care less and even stated that we probably picked the wrong hotel. The elevators stunk of pot smoke. Gunshots and more gunshots in the parking lot at 10:30p on Friday 7/10. Did I mention the...

Great room services and comfy beds. Loved the hotel period. Could not resist the spa and pool. Will stay again.

They couldn't figure the issue with my reservation and had to get new keys every night.
