Residence Inn by Marriott Near Universal Orlando

the breakfast was great

The room smelled like dog pee. We asked for a new room everyday for 4 days before we were asked to pack up, and we could move at the end of the day. When we got back we were again told no, try tomorrow! Day 5 of 8 we were finally allowed to move rooms.

Room was a great size clean and convenient.

Maid service, room was not "refreshed" every day. Had to ask for new towels every day, No kleenex tissues, no paper towels for kitchen until the 4th day, Overpriced water and snacks

The proximity to the park and the included amenities.

Well, our room had a really strong coffee odor. Then it appeared as though someone spread coffee grounds all over the room. The hotel staff sent someone up right away to clean the room, but no one could give us an explanation as to why this happened.

Friendly staff

Odd smell, probably from carpets and pets.

It is pretty clean, the pool was nice, you could take a walk around the hotel.

The sofa that was in our room wasn?t really clean, it would be better if it would?ve been cleaned or replaced with a new one.

Location is best. Very close to Universal and easily approachable by car for Disney. I wanted to go both so this hotel prices to be best. Hotel is exceptionally clear and very well suited for families.

I would love to see more veggie friendly options other than waffles. If you have vegetarians in group then waffles/machine apple drink are your only breakfast choices. But thankfully you also have a kitchen in your room to make something quick.

Very NICE place to stay and only 10 minutes away from Universal Studios. Breakfast is very good and vaies every day. Recommended!

Need one or two additional Luggage carts. We noticed people struggling on Friday for checkout, including us. Buy 1-2 additional...

Perfect location,Great breakfast,spacious room

Breakfast options were better than a lot of other places i have stayed at for a similar price range. Helpful and friendly staff

The hotel room was not very coean when we arrived but when we reported it, housekeeping came to clean the room.

Pet friendly and shower set up

Smart TV didn¿t have many app options

The room was very spacious and up to date, the location is centrally located to access many attractions and shopping locations with in 5 mins depending on the traffic.

The walk-in shower is a open shower that has a stationary door so it does not require you to open a door to walk in, so there's a draft while taking a shower.

Staff was great. Love having a kitchenette.

Housekeeping overlooked kitchen cleaning details. Sticky floors and counters. Kitchen trash not discarded.

This is a great hotel with a great location by Universal. I recommend for families or work. We had breakfast the next morning and it was wonderful as well.

The hotel was located near food and Icon park and Universal so it was very convenient. The rooms were nice and check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was great with lots of options compared to that we have received at similar hotels.

We were disappointed that there was no room cleaning or refilling of towels, etc at all the whole time we were there. Thankfully it was only 3 days, I could have seen it being a bigger issue if it was a longer trip or we had our kids.

Cerca de muchos sitios de inter¿s. Confortable. Buen desayuno. Tarifa promedio.

The room is so spacious and absolutely loved the kitchen. Felt like an apartment. Location was fabulous too

No. Would totally go back

Room space, available parking and breakfast. Having a kitchen is great with kids.

Staff at breakfast time.

The location of this hotel is definitely one of the best parts. It¿s conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping, and of course, entertainment.

The actual shower in the restroom could use some additional cleaning. There were several hard water stains.

I felt quite at home in my room. The staff was professional. The hotel was nice and clean.

There was a funny smell as I walked the hall near the elevator on my floor. And guest left their trash out near the doors.
