Springhill Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista

This is a nice place staff is great clean nice breakfast 🍳 will be back

The rooms are a good size

Parking is extra. We asked for cups and they wouldn’t bring them. They told us to go to the bar and get them. Extra fee if you check out at noon. Only 4 luggage carts for the whole hotel.

parking was terrible, the bathroom showed age that needs to be addressed, the breakfast ends way too early. On vacation, not wanting to rush downstairs before breakfast closes at 9:30am. also im almost certain one of the beds had been slept in before us.

Only one elevator was working and the wait was too long to get up and down stairs.

The hotel was close to downtown Disney.

The hotel has declined. The rooms smell musky right when you open . The hair in the showers and bedding always gross me out ! cleaning service was been very poor, also the carpet is sticky. They don¿t enforce smoking !!! The food not so great watery eggs.

Very clean, great service, nice amenities, great location.

The pool was not heated, I did not like that there a charge for parking.

Rooms have a nice layout to them. For the most part, everything seems relatively clean. The complimentary breakfast changes, but is decent. Also, the location is great.

$24 a night parking fee is ridiculous. Especially this far away from the theme parks.

The shuttle service was not the best - the driver was very nice and timely. There were just not a lot of options, drop off/pick up time was very limited. For example, the pick up from our park was 90 minutes after the park closed.

I have been there before and things have gone downhill. What I was surprised with was that I had to pay for parking. I arrived late and the lot was half full. I know it's likely a policy. But I was there barely 8 hours total. I paid full for everything.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is close to theme parks. Free breakfast!

Parking fee PER NIGHT is way too expensive. Breakfast could¿ve had some additional options.

there were ants in my room, the body wash bottle was empty and the TV did not work. When I ket the front desk know, all they said was thank you for letting us know - no apology or anything - very disappointing for a marriott hotel

Clean, roomy, great location and the breakfast was on point.

1) Asked for some extra towels cause I got a room which sleeps 6 and only received 4 but never received any, short staffed I guess 2) Had to pay for Parking, didn't even have any, circled for 30 mins and finally just parked in th check in/drop off zone.

This Springhill Suites exceeded expectations. Large hotel, & though busy, we never ran into a crowd. New, nice, spacious, clean rooms. A cozy ambience makes it family friendly, but fun for singles, too. Excellent staff & breakfast buffet. Great location.

Rooms need more storage space. Closet is spacious, but there is a need for more drawers, especially if there are more than 2 people staying in the room. Glass shower door drips when opened outward.

Location was excellent

Awful customer experience. Given the wrong room, then assigned room that someone else was in, who we walked in on. Other poor guest experience and safety concerns.

Cleanliness, Breakfast, Pool

Parking fee is $17+tax with no security in the lot. Also if you want to checking in early you have to pay $40( which I personally didn't like because it's off season now in Florida and hotel was not busy or full).

Pool was over by 11 am but they were so nice we able to swim a little bit longer
