Absolutely nothing

Everything. Including all the hallways smelling musty and like weed, no night staff whatsoever, damage all over my room and a live cockroach in my room

The location was close to my destination.

Waited 45 minutes to check in BC the employees were out to dinner. The television never worked. I called, and they said they would fix it. I called again, and, the receptionist told me this was a crap hotel, and probably no one would come!!

It seemed like a pet hotel to me had to change rooms 3 rd floor had a horrible smell

Location is the only good thing

The floors were so dirty our feet turned black walking on them and there were roaches once you turn the lights out at night!

Below standard. Stuffy room and hallway. Bedding poor. Linen poor. Doors always opening and closing.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and pleasant.

Nothing!!!! The bed was dirty, there were hairs and some kind of stain on the bedsheets, the toilet seat also had hairs and the sink as well.

The Hotel is great. I am mad about not being able to use my coupon, being redirected between you and Booking repetitively and having to tell this story multiple times with no resolution.

The location was excellent. Near to just about anything you needed or want. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Thin walls with no carpet or soft surfaces to help control room, and floor, to room noise. If the bathroom door and the shower door were open the room had an echo.

The room was clean and it was a good location. It had several restaurants within walking distance and right beside Sea World. There was nothing else cood about this hotel.

This is not a normal hotel. There is nothing in the room except 2 towels and wash cloths. If you need anything you need to go to the front desk. We had to take the wet towels to the front desk before they'd give us clean ones. We'll never stay here ag

Staff was great room was clean and smelled fantastic. I got exactly what I asked for.

I wish there were cooking utensils in the room as well as another elevator

Nothing just the location. It was close to Sea World and a few walking distance restaurants.

The rooms was plain simple and has a kitchenette but no point of use if you don’t have pots, pans, glasses, cups, cutlery etc. This is the first hotel that didn’t have a coffee maker, iron or hair dryer in room. If you need them you need to ask for it at the reception that on that place isn’t 24/7 open it close at 10:00 pm. Plus on top of that the TV on that room was only for decoration because it wasn’t connected to any TV service provider or antenna, it come on but no channels to see (useless), when I said this I checked my self and was missing HDMI cable unbelievable. The beds where hard but we where so tired that it wasn’t a problem when we sleep. We where on a second floor and you could hear all the steps from other guest even after 11:00 pm. Overall don’t recommend this place or come back again.

The third floor has this extremely strong smell of wet dog and old food , it stunk really really bad.

Nowhere does it say the lobby closes at 11pm. We arrived at midnight and nobody was there so we were left stranded without a place to stay.

It was close to everything.

That it is one way in and out . And they don’t serve breakfast

Check in took a long time then at 4:30 room not available. At 5:15 finally got our room key but when we arrive maid was still cleaning so we had to wait again I. Hallway after taking over an hour in lobby. Got in and floor was very wet.
