Hyatt Place Orlando Airport

Seem to use the quality name of the hotel, but provide very substandard service. Most staff great, except breakfast staff. Young ladies need to get off their cellphones and get serious training on customer service and courtesy. Breakfast tasted awful!

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was wonderful

The parking. I think I was supposed to to pay for it, but the ticket fell off when I was driving.

Shuttle to the ap was great, room was quiet and clean

The showers are entirely too short. I am 6'2", I had to squat to wash my hair. That is unaccaptable. The door to the room has a 2" gap at the bottom, every person walking by could be heard, the light in the hall was bright in the room all night

Pillows were small squares but put in standard sized pillow cases

no laundry facilities, sundries way to expensive- not covered by company,

Room was clean, breakfast was fine, 4am airport shuttle left on time.

The location of the TV in the room was off centered! Old version of TV, not enough lighting in the room, poor quality of table, professional staff but not connecting with people.

Shuttle was quick. Good breakfast choices.

The staff, and I am talking about everyone from the driver who picked us up at the airport and assisted us to check in. The check in staff who were very efficient. The Breakfast staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Hotel was pretty dirty. The entire 3rd floor smelled like a automobile shop. The smell of gas and oil was extremely overwhelming. The hotel is very dated and in serious need of a remodel. At this price there are many other/ better options close by.

The staff was the best part of my stay. Very helpful. Very nice. Great location if you¿re trying to stay close to the airport.

Stayed in this Hyatt property for 4 DAYS with NO MAID SERVICE provided during our entire stay (despite the hotel staff assuring me 2 times over the last 2 days of our stay, that said maid service would be provided when I requested it). Trash piled up.

Professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The facility is very clean and imaculate.

The grab & go options are ok at this time, but I look forward to the return of the breakfast buffet.

They went out and beyond to get me a fan when the AC stopped working and offered to make me a room because of my kids I didn¿t him until subservice came in check the AC and got it working excellent service

No nothing at all they even gave my kids to be meals because of the AC issue
