Convenient to universal

The room was smaller and I had got a city view but it was a parking lot view. So do not pay extra.

Spacious and clean

I paid for a room with a view but was put on the fourth floor overlooking a flat roof and the adjoing parking garage

Convenient to Universal Parks. Water taxi essential next door.

The guest service employee lied to re roof top bar . Said it was at capacity when we tried to visit it & no more patrons allowed even tho we were paying guests staying in the hotel. Then another employee told us it was closed all day due to high wind.

Conveniently located walkable distance to Universal parks. Friendly staff, esp the bartender!

The pool & jacuzzi closed early bc the cold weather

The room was modern, clean, and well laid out to maximize the space

Everyone was friendly and helped to resolve our concerns quickly

I wish the front desk had informed us that we would only have maid service every other day.

Helpful staff, convenient transportation to the parks. Access to other resorts

Hot tub was not open during our stay so we had to go to another resort to enjoy it. Wet traveling back and forth in March weather.

This is a nice place with a great room. Walk across the driveway to the boat that takes you right to Citywalk.

Dirty room, tv not working, small pathway on room, iPAD controls the room, and minimal toiletries

Housekeeping did not clean my room during my stay. (4 days)

Lack of food offering in early afternoon. We wanted to have any early lunch at 11 but told no food service until 1130

The hotel was really close to the parks and it was clean.

I did not like that pictures advertised things that's not at there hotel. The Starbucks close really early and the room was really small.I've never stated in a hotel with a king size bed and be up against the window and one night stand.

Just the 15th floor at night you can hear the elevator machine at rooftop so just this

Hotel room clean. Pool area clean and well maintain. Free internet.

Experience was very nice, breakfast could be included or offer free parking.

Elevators were slow

The location was awesome.

The beds were awful.

I love the how close we were to the parks and other places.

I would like for the rooms to be a little bit big specially if you traveling with family of 4 kids need more space.
