Super friendly staff and a pool!

The room had mold, the pool was closed

Very close to the event but just not quite a family friendly area yet but seems to be getting better with new apartments nearby. It was ok for a night but definitely not a hang out family place though they do have a pool. Out of 3 nights, all was quiet except one wild outburst at 4 in the am on one night. Staff is friendly and I believe are striving to improve their game. There were not people hanging around or any of the things you sometime see in high traffic areas of the city. Though I dont recommend for most people at this time I do look forward to seeing the colonial area keep improving. Again, everything worked out ok. Just wanted to give a fair and balanced review to help the hotel and future guests.

The outside needs a brighter color to cheer things up a bit. Just painting the place a lighter color would help. The room itself wasn't bad and has been updated some along the way..

The customer service the environment was peaceful and comfortable and quiet

I was able to get some rest from 3am until 7am cause I had a cancelled flight.

I felt unsafe all the time I was there, people talking too loudly in late at night, smoking (I was in a no-smoking area room and still can smell it),

The staff was helpful.

It needs to be reworked a bit. The walls do not have much sound dampening. Also the heater in Room 305 doesn't work.

I love the location within reach to food and close to the amphitheater.

It was a little overpriced for what it was, but it was still really comfortable really good. Well maintained.

They offer coffee free in the mornings

The sink and bathroom were not cleaned, looks like 30 or 40 years old

Property was conveniently located near the location I needed to visit.The Establishment was very clean and tidy.Also it was very quiet and no riff raff the property was safe well lit well maintained the property owner was welcoming very polite and accommodating the beds were comfortable as well I would definitely recommend and return!!!!

My room was dirty. Really dirty. Cockroaches in the room. Some sort of security alarm went off all three nights of my stay.

How cheap it was

Ac didnt get cold. Big orange stains on mattress cover, room smelled musty. Bathroom wasn't clean at all. Cookie crumbs on the bed.

The staff said they would return our deposit which was $50 but instead, we got back $40, The room wasn't that clean and it did look a bit dirty and felt dirty. It's alright to just stay for one night as an emergency if you're going to concerts.
