Bedding and cleanliness .…staff friendly

I did not enjoy breakfast. No pastries .…sausage was not good..the only thing we enjoyed was coffee and waffle

Stayed here bc they offered shuttle service to the parks. Called the 800 number to inquire how often shuttles run & to which parks. Rep stated that shuttles run every hour to all parks but upon arrival, only to 3 locations and one pick up/drop off time.

Good location and lots of space

A bit too much wear and tear in this room. The room was clean but things are needing replacement. The toilet seat looked liked someone had rubbed it up with sandpaper.

1 elevator did not work, garbage sat in hallway the entire time we were there. Person at desk in evening was clueless. Room- lipstick on a pig. Won't be back. Kind of sad for a Hilton.

Very spacious and clean room.

Breakfast is average. Sometimes the food can be out due to large number of customers.

Breakfast was horrible. Space for serving breakfast is so small and narrow. Its a disaster waiting to happen. More than 10 code violations.

Pet friendly, Locación, Staff, price, Cleanliness, Great Breakfast. Our dog and us have a great time staging at this hotel, definitely we give a 10.

front desk manager was rude! Told me i was supposed to contact them and let them know if I was going to be late checking in because they could have gave my room to someone else. My room was paid in full at time of booking, so i didn't think it mattered.

The "heated" pool was not heated, and hadn't been for several months. My sister stayed there in the fall and it was broke then.

The upon arrival, front desk rep was terrible! He was, actively engaging in a side conversation with what seem like a friend that was casually sitting down having a drink. I had to interrupt their conversation to get him to focus and answer my questions.

The room was spacious, well organized and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and kind. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and quick.

Some details in the room was not so well maintained. There were no guest slippers in the room.

Room was big

Lobby stunk, room stunk. Room had stains on bedding, especially bed skirt! Food stuck on counter top and dust still on furniture. Bathroom had molded caulk. So glad I brought wipes and Lysol!!

I was beyond happy with Home2 Suites. There was a kitchen in our room. The room was spacious. We got a portable stove top to put in the kitchen. Everyone was so nice. The breakfast was delicious. Loved everything about our stay!

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel.

This was close enough to Disney World but far enough away to take a break. Our dog felt super comfortable in the room and there was plenty of space.

Really just wish there was more of an outdoor pet space but other than that it was so nice!
