Had rooms we needed at price we could afford. Had 3 pools, a hit tub, even kiddy pool. Bar at the pools. Free onsite parking, 24/7 security all over.

Other than it being a Wyndham property it was an absolutely horrible experience. The front desk staff member was 110% horrible.

Customer service is lacking. Overselling the hotel is their error especially when we had been paid in full for several months. Lack of care and concern the front desk staff member was ridiculous and he was rude beyond belief.

Spacious, clean rooms, very friendly staff and great amenities for families. Wish the pool was a little warmer, but that?s it!

Mold and mildew in our room made us sick. They began cutting the yards by our room before 7 am and woke us up.

Exceptionally clean and great space. It was basically a two bedroom apartment.

I had problems with incorrect information provided by the hotel attendant. So I have two unlocated items.

Staff was very friendly. It looks good. They have remodeled recently. Room was full of amenities and was huge. Really nice to stay in.

The construction was cheap. We could hear water running down the pipes in the walls from upstairs. It was loud enough to wake me the first morning. The low flow toilets were terrible. Barely flushed and most of the time didn't.

Rooms are old and outdated for the star level given. I stayed at the Marriott Cypress Villas and they were so much nicer. I wish I could get half my money back. The place smelled very musty and the vents were so dirty. New paint was slapped on the walls.

The description was misleading so I didn¿t not stay so I can¿t say what I liked about it.

The description was completely misleading. At booking we did not know that the deluxe studio only had one Murphy bed. Plus right after check in we found out that the location was a timeshare. Immediately got pressured into buying into th location.

Great room with lots of space. Nice and clean property. Staff is warm and friendly.

If you¿re not an owner on the property they are going to try and sell you a timeshare. Stay firm and it¿s a nice comfortable staff close to Seaworld.

Huge 2/2 with 2 balconies. Was like being home.
