Very old, far from check in

Love that it came with unlimited express passes to Universal including all of checkin and checkout days. Annual passes can be activated at the hotel too vs standing in line at the parks. Cars can be parked until midnight of checkout day.

The room and bathroom are beautifully appointed and massive.

I paid for a garden view room , but, in my opinion, was definitely not a garden view.

Very clean, room was large and beautiful. We had a room overlooking the water. The whole resort was beautiful aesthetically. Mama Della's Ristorante was so amazing!! The staff was outstanding, the food was delicious,the live music was amazing.

The front office staff was professional but not friendly. The structure of the building made it hard to find and identify the shops and restaurants. It was expensive and you can get the same amenities for a lower cost at Sapphire Falls and still visit.

It was very clean and nice. The boats to the park were nice and prompt.

I did not think the club level amenities or service was worth the extra. If you have several kids and eat marks in club lounge, it may be worth the extra cost. Otherwise, the service was that if any guest staying there.

Location, water taxi

Hotel was run down, hard to navigate, music at pool too loud. Room was awful, bathroom terrible, sheets dirty, lights in bath kept flickering, sink backed up, no exhaust fan, refrigerator iced over inside, mushy mattress, hallway noise, maid came at 8

The staff is always great! Always greeting you and accommodating. The text service is the best. Rooms are always clean and stocked and the beds are the best in Orlando!! Love the sizes of the rooms and bathrooms.

Location, ambiance could not be beat. Pool bar food and service was OUTSTANDING.

Price has skyrocketed in last few years. Onsite food and drink prices were very high.

Location was fantastic, the grounds of the hotel are themed beautifully, we loved the harbour and felt like we really were in Italy. The concierge texting service was also great. Universal Express also fab.

The room (Club Level/Lounge Room) was spacious but a little generic for the star level. The shower door didn't close all the way and the shower faucet handle was v difficult to turn.

Perfect location. Very quiet and relaxing. Setting is beautiful. Rooms a good sized and bathrooms a huge! I really love this hotel.

There aren't enough lunch options available.

The location was good and the water taxi was great to get where we needed to go whether it was another property or to the City Walk.

Very spread out. Not always easy to figure out how to navigate between buildings to check in area or pool.

Extremely close to parks even though we did not get to go to the parks because of the hurricane. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful during the hurricane. Felt safe and taken care of.

Beautiful hotel

I liked the different shops around the hotel and liked the pool area. The room was cool and bathroom was nice.

You can be somewhat far away from the boat dock if you¿re on the east wing. The breakfast buffet at Trattoria del Porto was not good and could definitely improve.

This resort is gorgeous. It is well themed and really close to the Universal theme parks. We loved that we could walk every morning to the parks if we wanted. The walkway is shaded and beautiful. We also loved that we could take the boat back and forth.

We stayed at a club level room with access to the club lounge. I wish there had been an earlier breakfast start time in order to get to the early park admission and still have eaten something. I also hate paying every day to park at a hotel!

Clean and quiet hotel

Only negative was the distant from the parking garage to the West tower taking all your luggage along the cobblestone.

Great location, beautiful property with lots of great restaurants and amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property was well kept. Easy access to and from City Walk and the parks.

The sinks in the room were clogged and the cleaning crew never refreshed our towels. The main pool area was a little gross with some debris in and around the pool (including a band aid¿gross).

with its close proximity to the park and express pass and early admission,staying on campus is the way to go. AG

Lots of dining options. The hotel itself was gorgeous. The water taxi eliminates the stress of getting to the Universal parks.

Parking was not free.
