Hyatt Place Orlando/ I Drive / Convention Center

Location is close to Universal parks, rooms are spacious.

Only conditioner that lives its own life.? It cannot be turned off until you unplug it.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good

Our room had sugar ants on the nightstand and there was only 1 working elevator. Steps weren?t an option with 3 kids and being on the fourth floor.

Loved how clean this hotel was! The rooms were comfortable it was plenty of room for my family.

It only had one small trash can in the room. The bathroom was super small.

I like the rooms, the front desk personal, the breakfast was very delicious and the cleanliness.

They need a Laundry room.

The hotel did not have all of the amenities stated on the website. The common areas were under construction and that wasn't disclosed

Understand that the hotel need renovation, room smell brand new and clean, .

however the breakfast suck at least during the renovation I was expecting something better

The staff at check in were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nicely laid out and very clean. Location is excellent for attractions, restaurants, or the convention center. It's also very close to major highways for travel around Orlando.

They were under construction which always creates challenges for customers as well as staff. I thought then could have created some kind of ramp at the temporary entrance to make it easier to use the rolling racks for moving into and out of the rooms.

Honestly I don¿t understand all the bad reviews. We had a great stay. The room was very clean, we didnt pay for parking , breakfast was decent. No pre packaged breakfast. Buffet style. Our room was very clean. Front desk people were very nice.

Bathrooms are tiny

Nothing, it was definitely nothing like the pictures. When we got there not even 3 minutes into the room we see a roach crawling on the wall by the sofa bed my son was going to sleep on, water standing in shower

After we found a roach on the wall the staff gave us another room and got in there only to find that the sink drain nozzle was stuck and the release button wouldn't work so I had to call down stairs to front desk. They had someone to fix it next morning.

Location

Did not get the room that we reserve. We paid for a king. Which cost more. They gave us a double instead. Poor front desk.

My family and I loved the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. We also love the location because it is near everything. You could just walk and you¿ll get to some great restaurants and parks! Love love love! Thank you so much.

Elevators are so slow. And they change for parking even with a huge lot with other hotels near by that do not change for it.

Locataion

They charge 10 dollars a day for parking, no other hotels on I Drive in this category charge for parking. I would give them 2.5 stars, not 3 stars. Bathroom is small.

Trash in hallways. Room layout a bit weird with sink next to bed but nothing crazy

Had Wawa for dinner because we couldn't find anything else.

The room was bare.No information about the area or hotel it's self.Missed breakfast because we didn't know what time it was,I believe there was a pool but again no information about that.I was very disappointed.It's a tourist location,should have info.

The hotel location was great.

They do not offer housekeeping. When I asked for towels for 5 (there are 5 of us) I got an attitude and told I needed to bring my dirty towels to the front desk first.

The hotel is in a great location. Grab and go breakfast was perfect for a quick bite before going to the parks. Room and hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean room center to everything.

Didn't like that hotel wouldn't let deliveries come to room

The pool was nice and was clean

You had to ask for clean towels and stuff you needed everyday
