Spots on sofa. Carpet was dirty. Needed to be cleaned. Returned to room on day 2 and room had not been cleaned. Trash not emptied. Bed not made. No clean towels. Definitely NOT 4 star hotel. Unacceptable!!!

Great location, room had a separate kitchen/living room with a door to close off the bedroom. I will be staying at this hotel again.

Did not meet expectations. Poor quality, dirty and damaged, not four star quality. I picked up bed bugs from my stay, corroborating reviews mentioning bed bugs found online. Insufficient parking, poor quality amenities. I Feel like I was ripped off.

Got trapped in elevator. Nobody came. Had to wait for another guest to Release me! Ice machine broken. Sheets were so wrinkled! Spread was gross.. no other blanket to use. Felt like a needed to shower and wash my clothes after staying here.

Great location and no extra charges for parking or resort fee, free internet.

Don’t think it is a 4 stars as advertised plus the free breakfast was not attractive at al, beside that I would stay again for sure now I now what level of starts this hotel is.

Parking spaces were extremely limited. Very inconvenient ! Had to park in front of gift shop and walk to hotel. Awful!

It was a condo style hotel. Has the small kitchen in the room. That was the best thing that I remember from this hotel.

The staff at the front said they don’t have any toothpaste left. Seriously?

The room accmodations and the cleanliness were great.

The continental breakfast was really poor. One day there was only white bread left at 8am. We picked the hotel specifically because we would have breakfast in the morning before leaving for the parks but ended up spending more money buying breakfast.

Location is great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and close to universal. Room was very nice in the main tower. Renovated, up to date, huge window facing the lake.

Breakfast was not very good. mediocre at best.

Employee THAT CHECKED US IN WAS AWFUL. Not friendly whatsoever. Breakfast buffet is a joke, don't expect much-- just go by breakfast somewhere. They barely have anything and don't even have enough tables for everyone. Pool was dirty.

Fresh, beautiful decor and clean rooms. Smiling staff, including the lady in the breakfast room surviving the hungry families. The layout is perfect, just a straight drive to universal and next to whole foods

The location of the hotel is great. The suite style room was also very nice.

On the day that I checked in, I ran into a housekeeper who told me she knew my room was short on towels and would bring some later in the day. She never returned. On one day of my stay, housekeeping never even came. The breakfast was also disappointing.
