The Palms at 8303 - Lake Buena Vista

Large suite

Didn?t clean room, never provided clean towels when we called

so close to ever ting for Disney wold the staff was so friendly an accommodating went out out thier was to help out our need carrying maria an ricido

most nothing the room furniture was dated...

Nothing. They moved us to an awful hotel that was 20 minutes away from where we wanted to stay and it was dirty and smelled. The water was shut off mid shower and the fire alarm went off for no reason.

Clean and good service. I chose this hotel because it includes breakfast, a kitchen, and a bedroom. Full cable TV was nice, but no interactive guide. A/C worked well.

All room furnishings old and dated. Living room chair & sofa not comfortable due to sinking worn springs. TVs did not support USB for media; remote controls could not operate additional features. Carpet stains. Old CFL lights. Windows covered by painters

Spacious room and fully equiped kitchen

small and scant soap bars

Kitchen and bath were clean and updated. Bed was comfortable

Desperately in need of new furniture

location, room layout

extremely rude, uninformed staff in the breakfast area. Lazy front desk staff, not friendly at all in general.

Location and larger room

Furniture outdated, Beds not extremely comfortable, Not as clean as it should be, Free breakfast is horrible.

The only good thing about the hotels is the location. Since this hotel is way old, it enjoys good location in the city and very near to all the parks.

Its way old in terms of furniture/building and pretty smelly. Decades old furniture. Sofa and mattress were not worth sitting or sleeping. Phones never worked, outlets never worked. Indifferent attitude of management. Suggested to change to similar room.

I liked the location the most. Close to Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants, shopping and the Outlet Mall.

Can't say there was anything that I did not like.

Location and friendly staff

The hotel was old and chairs and everything outdated. The breakfast was okay not up to par. I was not able to go to my room that I paid for to eat since I had a kitchen suite. Hotel needs to be updated. The cost was too much for the overall that was given

Friendly and helpful staff. Room size was awesome. We enjoyed the kitchen area.

Furniture is dated. Breakfast offering was terrible. Hot food was not hot. I had sausages that were like jerky and the eggs (or were they) watery and mushy. My last complaint would be regarding the toilet paper, it was like using 80 grit sand paper.

The location is great. The night male staff was amazing! My review has no impact on their work ethic. The morning staff for all 4 mornings were rude and massive.

The night male staff was amazing.

convenience to parks and dining. Nice pool area.

sofa bed mattress very uncomfortable.

The location was great. Easy to get to and from Disney with little traffic and turns

It is an older hotel. Outdated. Rooms smelled old and musty. Pool was and hot tub were old and questionable.

Proximity to Disney theme parks, stores, and restaurants. Cleanliness and great pool.

Location and friendly staff. Nice rooms

My grand kids liked the pool

Furniture was old, there was bed bugs,

Halls smelled like smoke. And super stuffy smelling. The other location. In Kissimmee was 100 percent better. Everything about it was 100 percent better. Will not stay there again

Staff was excellent. Responsive with my issues even though they couldn¿t fix anything, they tried. They tried to switch me rooms but the new room was a fraction better, so it wasn¿t worth it. Location was amazing.

DO NOT STAY HERE: Bedbugs- I woke up to bites on my feet, smell- so moldy that they covered it with a berry spray that nauseated you, room was so run down- water damage doors and carpet had dark stains. Room 312 needs to be taken out and redone
