Willingness for staff to grant requests when possible. Courteous. Lovely small pool. Clean.

Absolutely horrible electronic key system. Had to re-key 8 different times. On numerous occasions, after proceeding to the check in desk, receiving a revised keycard, returning to room, only to find newly amended card was dysfunctional. Very Annoying

Very Clean, Convenient and quite with an outside sitting area, pool, gym, complimentary breakfast!

The staff always welcomed you upon entering the hotel and they went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, cleaning staff were accommodating and efficient.

The shower (particularly the shower head) did not work well.

They accommodated us when asked for specific things, and very informative

No ice machine on first floor, otherwise no complaints

Noise until 2 am from motor sports cars running up and down the main street. Front desk disputed that there was any noise. Argumentative and rude. My room might just as well been in the lobby, because I heard noise from people checking in at 2am.

Clean, quiet, safe. Very pleasant.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were there for a football tournament. As soon as the lady checked us in she personally made sure the teenagers knew the WiFi information without even being asked too. She was wonderful

Ac would not turn off so we froze. Staff wasn¿t helpful to turn off ac. No hot water in bathroom.

Location to my work office and within close proximity to several restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast was very good, especially the cinnamon rolls. Everything was nicely maintained and very efficient and friendly staff.

Shower and comfortable bed

The staff, aka front desk, need to ALL step up and provide the same customer service across the board. The male in the front desk NEVER acknowledged my presence. If it wasn¿t for the female that came out of the back, I would still be there waiting.

Very nice and updated and clean staff was friendly.

The hotel Shuttle is by appointment only and doesn't come to the airport after 8pm.

Laundry washer didn¿t work first time but technician resolved it.

Lighting a bit strange. It was hard to find all switches to get the room dark at night.

It was extremely clean I think it was built just 7 month ago and I loved the area also it wasnt to far from the airport at all and quiet.
