    Pros +

    • The pool area
    • Rooms where comfortable and spacious.
    • Nice hotel with nice staff. Room was nice enough, 3.5 to 4 star-ish.

    Cons -

    • The uncleanliness the lack of professionalism and the invasion of privacy!
    • Terrible experience. My room was booked at Las Palmeras. I arrived at 10:30pm and had to take what ended up being a pretty sketchy Lyft provided by the hotel to another Hilton location in Sea World. Added a bunch of unnecessary stress to my trip
    • Coffee machine in the room forces you to only make 1 cup. Room be came flooded with water due to backed up drainage, despite having damaged our food and taken 2 hours to resolve, hotel only reimbursed $30 as a credit to use in the hotel.

Nice hotel with nice staff. Room was nice enough, 3.5 to 4 star-ish.

Seemed like a resort type property from the pics -- but the lobby was right on the street and the pool area was more confined than the the pictures show. Overall, I would rate this as a 3.5 star property.

    Clean nice hotel

I had trouble with my toilet that I had to address 3 times. Also parking charges are ridiculous

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-16-2023

Staff was friendly, helpful and the site was very clean.

The price of parking for someone staying for multiple days is steep. $22 a day is alot. Maybe think about adding the parking fee within the entirety hotel stay amount.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-29-2022

The room was a lot larger than I expected.

The daily resort fee even though we were there for work and never used the amenities.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-12-2022

Location, all staff from front desk to bar tenders were excellent

    Check out at 10am

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-15-2022

It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly.

It¿s a timeshare basically, you can tell right away. Way too expensive for what it was. The lobby bar was disgusting. Had a mimosa that made me puke and the food was over priced for being powder smoothie and not freshly made food. I wouldn¿t stay again.

Kitchen with silverware and plates was great. Full size coffee make and refrigerator also a benefit!

My view was not great-overlooking a roof. Otherwise everything was great!

The suites are fantastic: roomy, modern, clean, functional, with a great view.

The only thing, and I mean only thing, is that it's farther from Disney than we'd like. But it's still worth it and we'l continue to stay here.

friendly staff no outrageous extra service fees

    only king beds

    The room was beautiful

This hotel is not kid friendly Nothing for them to do besides the pool It's too deep for toddlers

    10SamanthaPosted on: 2-7-2017

Great room and service! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, clean, and upgraded. My favorite part was the in site dining. Fantastic!!

    Parking was expensive

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-29-2016

I LOVED THE HOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS SPACIOUS CLEAN AND THE BATHROOM WAS ALSO SPACIOUS. HAD NEVER BEEN TO THIS HOTEL BEFORE OVERALL THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL, I WAS ABLE TO USE THE COMPUTER TO CHECK-IN AND PRINT OUR BOARDING PASSES.

THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE, THAT IT WAS NOT CLOSE TO STORES WITHOUT TAKING A TAXI.

    4ButtonzPosted on: 9-8-2016

The staff was very nice and was able to move me rooms when I had a issue

    The room had ants

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-9-2016

The Hotel is very convenient. It is directly across from the convention center. Hotel employee was within a couple of miles.

Be aware there is a $25 per day hotel fee and a $18 a day parking fee for self parking. I would not recommend this hotel to others simply because of the fees. I feel that the hotel fee should include self parking. Still, it is a very nice hotel.

    Convenient location & good coffee!

Extra fees for parking & lots of other fees!

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-5-2016

This was a nice hotel in a convenient location.

After staying 1 night, they tacked on a $25 mandatory "resort fee" for bottled water and unlimited dvd rentals. Didn't mention this at check in. Glossed over it like it was part of the room. This is a highly unusual fee & should be prominently disclosed.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-23-2016

Hotel was clean and maintained. You can tell they are upgradeing the property.

Be prepared for the resort fee and parking fee. Combined is roughly 50.00 a night.
