Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Orlando Theme Parks - Major Blvd.

The property needs done major maintenance upgrades and so forth. There was no breakfast as advertised. The room I was given was not clean and had to get another room. Had made no attempts of being cleaned. People were smoking marijuana at the facility and the over all appearance was unacceptable. There were critters in the room I was given. The carpets were stained and torn throughout the facility that I had seen. There was a smell of spices also that were present as to cover up orders. I would not recommend no family staying here.

Very good location, excellent service

Very comfortable room with a small kitchen. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were very clean. Laundry room, pet friendly, oversized parking. The front staff was very kind and helpful. Overall a nice quiet place to stay!

Stairways and hallway were kinda dirty, I believe many people actually live here and have pets ( not really an issue, just pointing it out).No breakfast, even though our booking included breakfast. There were 3 muffins on a table, no coffee or drinks...

On a positive note, the hotel’s location was good. However, we believe the advertisement should be clearer and more accurate, focusing solely on the key highlight — the location — so guests can make a more informed decision.

Room Availability: We arrived early in the morning to reconfirm our reservation (which had already been confirmed), and later that night, we were told that although they could see our booking, the hotel was "sold out." After several calls and discussions among the staff, we were eventually given a room. The same situation occurred with another couple who arrived after us.Noise Disturbance: There was a family party hosted by your staff, which included children. The noise was disruptive and continued until 3 AM, making it difficult to get any rest.Breakfast: The advertisement mentioned a "complimentary breakfast," but all that was provided was coffee, hot water for oats, tea, and sweet cupcakes in bags. This does not meet the expectations of a proper little breakfast.Cleanliness: The bathroom near the help desk and social area was private, requiring a key from an employee to access, and it was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness—beyond dirty and certainly not up to standard.

I would not recommend staying here to anyone .....ever.....the breakfast consisted of coffee, with no available creamer, a few sugar packets. No food, there was 1 muffin and 4 nutrigrain bats available when we went down at 7:30. That was part of the grab and go breakfast.....the TV glitches out every 5 minutes, the beds are small they are not queen size. It literally smelled like Marijuana when when we walked in.....it has been an experience ro say the least.

The price for the location was nice, also the rooms were bigger than most I've stayed in Orlando. The cleanliness of the rooms were great.

Just a little out dated and the lobby smelled of cigarettes.

The Hotel was dirty and the front desk was rude, and she have a not polite aspect and attitude.

Great location. Staff were super helpful.

Carpets are old and musty. No pots/pans or plates in the room even though its a kitchenette. Had to beg for some to find out the staff didnt have anymore. Had to go buy some items to actually cook food.
