My door never unlock. That's the only room from my condition. I went to eat at 11:00 p.m. security guard was not on duty I guess he was at the club or something There was roaches everywhere I mean everywhere falling from ceiling I have to Roachbomb

I was able to get a room on the bottom floor

Hotel was outdated & worn down

Card key stopped working - couldn't get back in room, Roaches, ants, people smoked weed as you pass by, plumbing stops - no water - elevator was broken, filthy dirty shower floor, etc - Don't recommend

First room was nasty, not clean, stained toilet, dirty floors, towels stained and dirty. Roachs it was horrible. I need a reimbursement. It was a nightmare.

Worst stay of my life. Made me do a deposie when they should have paid us a deposit to stay

Phone didnt work, had to fix the toliet 3 times, roaches, ac barely worked. Terrible

Nothing. Its an extended stay hotel where they were all kind of people no offense and suddenly you feel so unsafe and they ask for a $50 deposit and the room was a nightmare and this strange smell all over the hotel especially in the room.

.... you suddenly feel so unsafe on the property I checked in and checked out within an hour the standing shower at the stain on the floor the toilet had yellow rust stains and only two towels total in the room and that is strange scary pungent smell

The front desk staff member was polite and helpful.

The floors were sticky and gross. There was a smell in the room that would not go away and made me feel sick to my stomach. The small table was covered in what felt like a grimy film, too. The dresser was broken, and the drawers would not stay closed.

Nothing. Couldn't check-in. No one in the office or even answering that after hours phone number posted.

I have no idea. Couldn't get my room and was forced to find other accommodations at 11:30pm. Parking lot was clean. Management sucks....

Drug use onsite, cleanliness of room, room without any essentials, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and one of the beds had wet urine on the sheets.

The location is good to ucf.

I was charged a 50 dollar deposit for one night.I checked out very early to drive home so no sense in showering. I was a solo traveler who is ocd about cleanliness. After multiple attempts, I could not get the 50 dollar deposit refunded.

Rooms was dirty, sketchy people always hanging around outside, insects in the room. I had it booked again for next month and immediately canceled my reservation. Thankfully it was refundable. Not worth the money

Dead little roaches in the bathroom. No shower curtain?!? No toilet paper?!? One towel, one washcloth?!?! Very sketchy room. Was too late and too tired to go complain.

Nothing,the first room they put us in was dirty, bathroom door wouldn't close. The air conditioning unit was so loud couldn't sleep. Next room was so full of Cockroachs that we bought spray. Then decided to lose the money for some other hotel.

Everything thing, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Manager didn't even care.

The condition of the hotel room I was in.... Cockroaches, no toilet tissue and no soap. A man comes outside and starts to scratch his balls infront of the building while I was parking. I mean could you have been discreet about it.

All. Let's start. Employees with a strong smell of marijuana, slow and confused service. The very dirty room, dirty towels, the very dirty floor (had to throw my sock away), dirty bedding, dirty fridge, dirty microwave. Dirty hallway and stairs. I do not

WE DID NOT EVEN STAY THERE IT WAS NOT A VERY COMFORTABLE PLACE AND WAS DEFINATELY VERY UNCLEAN. LOOKED LIKE ALOT OF DIRTY DEALINGS WERE GOING ON THERE. DID NOT TRUST ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO WE GAVE UP THE ROOM AND LOST OUT ON THE MONEY WE PAID.

What I liked was the hotel was close where I have to be.

To many little roaches, bathroom too wet all the time I was there.

The staff was rude and highly discriminative. Once we arrived, our room wasn't ready, and yet people walked in, and rooms were oddly available but not ours
