My room was very clean. The area I was in was nice and quiet. The staff is very kind.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay. Everything is wonderful.

Comfortable and quiet room.

The kitchenette appliances are very old looking with large spots of rust on the refrigerator.

Easy check in. Free parking. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

The carpet is rather dirty and the room was smelly. The air vent in the bathroom kept making noise even when it was off.

The location was good

It was dirty. The staff was rude. They were not accommodating. The room was not up to inspection code at all. The website did not match the room at all, and when we called to complain, they were not very concerned. They had an attitude they close the property manager was not on siteand they did not want to do anything to make things right we want a full refund back to the card that was used. because I was very unsatisfied, as well as my partner on how the room smelled like wet dog the rug was damp. The tiles were lifting the light was a fire hazard the mold I still have a headache from it two days later.And I do not want a credit saying one of their hotels are done

The location was great.

We saw a few roaches come out while eating on our first night there; so from that point on it it was very uncomfortable.

I liked the location. That's about it.

The condition of just about everything was bad. I had ripped and stained carpets, a stain on my comforter, countertop trim was missing. Paint and wallboard in bathroom at baseboard was peeling and deteriorating into puddles of drywall dust on floor, tub was stained and dirty, shower head had a plastic bag tied around the seam at the pipe (I assume to 'seal' a leak??). It was bad enough I never used the shower (I opted to go to the Winter Place YMCA instead). Internet was slow to the point of being non functional. Noise was terrible (even at 3:00AM). Front door did not actually latch leaving security issues once the counter closed. For what I paid for 2 nights I expected a much better experience. I could have probably gotten a Hampton Inn or Homewood Suites at or near the cost of my Extended Stay America. This will likely be my first and last ESA experience.

The location is convenient

There were pet stains on the carpet in the room. I know this is a pet friendly property, but the carpet can be cleaned when stained. There was no coffee maker on the room.

Finding a reasonable priced rate for 2 nights. It was a clean and comfortable room. The cleanliness of the room was good.

The room did not have chargers by bed or end tables. Rooms do not have good lighting. Shower was luke-warm.

Wasn't clean at all stuff all over the floor the stove didn't work didn't give me the right room that I requested
