The rooms and the customer service were exceptional !!! Big shout out to hotel employees that helped me on August 23rd, 2026 !

location, price and the housekeeping staff that help me in my second day of the stay after Saturday no service to the room.

the staff in the does check inn all guest is NOT friendly, bad attitude.

The location, staff & room.

excellent location. 8 min. away from airport. Restaurants 3 min. plenty of parking. hotel was very clean, and secure, i had a excellent experience. & complementary parking by The receptionist & breakfast was good. my daughter & granddaughter love it.

Could use better cleaning and better linens.

Shuttle service was horrible. Poor communication, switched terminals on me, kept telling they would be there shortly but took 1.5 hours and they are 7 min from the airport. I wish I would¿ve taken an Uber from the get go.

Clean, quiet, close to airport

The front desk was very nice. The breakfast selection was nice.

The room is run down. The water was not hot, and I asked to get it fixed- it didn't get fixed. I had to ask to get the room cleaned. Housekeeping did not replenish the coffee or cups and was rude. All the pillows are too soft.

Excellent location near airport

The charge for parking at this type of property is absolutely ridiculous. Pretty much everyone that was checking in was upset about a 10.00 charge to park in a regular hotel parking lot no amenities like valet or luggage help is provided. Outrageous!!

The shuttle service was excellent

Printing did not work. Computers were not set up to use Google. I had to contact support

The place was very clean and most the staff was nice.

The housekeeping lady was not very friendly and breakfast was definitely not good the line was long for a waffle and the burrito was hard so we all got just stuck with cereal.

Pull out bed had pee stains on it and colored pencils laying on it along with smashed chips. Made us have to use alternative ways to sleep us 4. Very gross

The rooms have a good amount of room, the lobby was beautiful and the breakfast had a good selection for the current times.

The bathroom was disgusting. There was hair everywhere, there was no way they had cleaned the floor and shower with the amount of hair caked on the walls of the shower and the bathroom floor.

The hotel was dirty, the AC unit was moldy, the fridge was not cleaned and stopped working (causing us to waste food) the continental breakfast was not adequate, house keeping knocked before 9am even though check out was at noon.
