friendly staff, clean spacious room and very good breakfast with airport shuttle

How quiet it was and loved the spacious room

They never answered their phones for an airport shuttle pick up and we tried for over 45 minutes.. then on our way out they were way late picking us up .. just barely made our flight !! On another notes hardly any hot water .. takes 20 minutes to warm up

The air conditioning was very loud and rattled.…very hard to sleep with the noise

Great location with lots of restaurants in the area. Hot breakfast was good with many choices. Our room was clean and comfortable. Able to open the windows in the room a little for some fresh air if needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hallways had grey wallpaper and black carpet that made it seem very dark. Carpet seemed dirty in the hallway and ripped in some places. Could use a remodel. Wallpaper in our room was pealing in some corners. Slightly dated room.

We were given keys to 2 different rooms that were already occupied! We walked in on families around 1:30am! It was traumatizing to say the least! Do NOT stay at this hotel!

One if the best hotels I've ever stayed at, & I stay at many hotels. The staff, the breakfast, the happy hour, the pool, the fitness center, & the room was excellent. We loved it so much we booked another night!!! I could live thus hotel more!!!

We g F as an issue with the guest room we were placed in, but the hotel more than made up for the initial poor room accommodation.

This hotel is amazing. From the staff to the beautiful rooms and the amenities of breakfast and happy hour. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

At first our room was below expectation. They were sincerely apologetic and upgraded us to a magnificent two bedroom suite. The staff was super kind and accommodating.

I called them to ask about getting a room close to parking. They upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite, which was so nice! Very friendly service and a nice place overall.

Not really. There were a couple of things in the room that could have been upgraded. An area of peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, etc. But not bad overall.

I had to wait 1.5 hours to check in because the hotel did not have my reservation. This delay threw on schedule off for the rest of the day.

It was close to the airport and around a lot of restaurants.

Very new, very clean, with a high-end feel to the design. The staff was very helpful.

Room temperature was a bit fussy to control, and HVAC was a little loud.

A bit of moldy grout between shower tiles but overall pretty clean.

I was charged double for my stay at the Residence Inn. The staff did not resolve this issue in a timely matter. I pre-paid for my stay and was charged again days after leaving. Awful!!!!!!! Then they told me it may take days to get my money back.

Road construction and you had to enter from another hotel entrance as there were no signs. No mositurizer offered.
