Hotel employee at the front desk. Her nastiness really ruined our trip. She was so impolite and seem she did everything to make our trip bad. She is not a nice person in our 40+ years of traveling she would be in my top 5 of just mean and rude people.

Great location

We had to kill 3 roaches throw away dinner attack by roaches we just could not eat..

Size of rooms.

Bed's were the hardest ever experienced and not all jets in tub were working.

The location was perfect, so close to Disney! Parking was so easy, and the front desk staff was mostly so helpful and kind. The rooms were also so convenient for our big group!

I wish check out was just a little later - but it makes sense why it is later because of how big the space is! No other complaints :D

We did not get any breakfast, either it wasn't included or we were unaware. Housekeeping came in while we were getting ready, I was in the shower, she said she HAD to come in and couldn't come back. It was a little awkward but nothing major. Also, the body wash was empty and both times they came in it wasn't changed. Overall a great stay but providing feedback to help!

The room was clean, with lots of space in the room to relax. Appliance looked new and updated. The grounds are well maintained and there was always parking available.

Great location for visiting the Disney parks.

Difficult to get basic affordable items. Condiments like salt pepper would be great in the kitchen.

The hotel is perfect for families — the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. The location is excellent, close to theme parks and outlet malls. There's also a great pool at the hotel that the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bad

The property has double charged me for the entire stay and I’m in the process of trying to get my money back which is proving stressful, time consuming and seems like I’m getting passed around with no results. They took payment upon leaving but are also holding the full amount on their side dispite fully charging me. So effectively I’ve been double charged

Met our expectations for our family Disney vacation. 10 min drive to Disney parks. Comfortable room.
