The hotel hallways and gym smelled very bad. and the cover on bed had stains. Room shower had some mold around the shower head.

The cleanliness and polite kind staff and variety of full breakfast. Close to everything by Orland Convention center, walk to a lot of different restaurants or cheap Uber rides

Superb staff - helpful, cheerful, attentive, polite, kind, caring, hardworking, friendly. Clean and well-maintained. Pool and hot tub - awesome! Breakfast - huge variety, tasty, and awesome staff

Great location to attractions and restaurants. Always able to find a parking spot and all the staff were friendly.

The bathtub faucet wouldn?t completely stop a steady flow of dripping even after putting all my weight on it to turn it off.

Staff at night and in the morning - both were welcoming and engaged. Eating area clean and food was better quality. When something in my room did not work and I reported it - I was thanked for it and not dismissed. Top customer service.

That a Thing, the hotel was dirty when wr arrived. The first thing we saw was roaches in the hallway. Carpet dirty and no one came to the room to offer us any kind of room service. There was no coffee or tea in the room. The kitchen was dirty.

The refrigerator wasn't giving any ice and the workers none of them didn't know any English. And it was like I had a shadow. Bathroom was never clean And hair on the floor from day one we came in. Breakfast needs to be a little better. It was not hot.

The location was excellent, the space of the room was great, and the full kitchen & free breakfast. The staff was friendly & accommodating, thank you staff for holding our room due to a delayed flight.They were very courteous.

The wi-fi was very spotty in the room, & the sofa bed mattress needs replacement my daughter felt the springs poking her, the shower pressure was low, My daughter stepped on a nail in the pool, but wasn't hurt. No basketball goal for my daughter to pl

It was very clean, the staff was excellent and accommodating. Breakfast was great. My family really enjoyed our stay

Water ran in the tub from the time we arrived until check out - staff came looked at it on check in and said that they would fix it but never came back

Minor issues with plumbing

Good location, and the breakfast bar was great.

Room layout was weird- desk shoved against a window and utility closet. Also, sleeping on the pull out couch is a no-go. It's far too noisy in the living room at night with the AC running. Common areas (like the gym) need to be cleaned more.

Parking/ Towels are old. and the rooms need to be updated to todays models. the rooms look like they are still in the early to mid 90's.

Very dirty, loud rattling AC, big divot in mattress, no bathmat, no washcloths, pubic hairs all in bathroom, strong marijuana smell on first floor, trash everywhere. Very understaffed. Big waste of money. Not up to Marriott standards.

The location is good in Orlando, everything is within 30 minutes of this area.

The food was really bad. There was no waffle maker. This costs like $200, not even. No fruit like strawberries, blueberries, melons. Eggs and cheese were artificial. Never any meat like bacon or ham. Always sausage every day. They wont let me type 5 t

I liked the location

We were in a room next to the stairs, the doors banged many times a night. There was garbage and dirty linens in the hallways everyday . Smelled terrible, some garbage sat outside the rooms all day.

Location, clean rooms, comfortable bed, good hot water. Asst. Manager handled our complaint the next day.

Assigned room did not have working televisions. Second room was not blocked out by front desk staff in the evening. Couple walked in on us. Third room same thing. No manager on duty to help us.
