Ot was posted as a hotel with shuttle from MCO, but their ph number waa unreachable. Could not get any shuttle.

Check in was quick. Breakfast was great. Very safe n secure spot

The staff

The lack of security at the pool area, un registered guests visiting the pool. Key cards didn’t work on outside access doors. Room air conditioning not sufficient for the summer heat during the day.

Their website inaccurately states free shuttle service from the airport. But they only have it for certain times. Not when I needed them. That was the only reason I booked my stay with them.I was traveling late with my kids and didn’t want to do an uber.

The washer / dryer that is digitally operated takes your money but doesn't work. The front desk staff tried everything but it was beyond their control. Stick to the quarter machines for sure.

Not that i dkdnt like but using the microwave within 10 seconds tripped the power on the side of the bed nothing was working . Couldn't charge my phone by my bed

I was checked in earlier than 3pm

There was no phone in my room and the TV wasn't working. The staff on the evening shift was quite rude and was very loud while speaking to me.

We arrived early, and we were able to go ahead and check in. The shuttle was also right on time!

We only had one washcloth in our room. I asked for extra, and all they had was one.

Huge very clean room. Didn?t realize it would have a kitchen with a full size refrigerator (even though we didn?t need it). Fabulous breakfast and shuttle service was quick.

The location

The door to get back in the hotel from the pool was not working very well and we had to walk around even though we had our keys. There were also no pool towels out anywhere and we didn't realize that before we went down to swim.

Seemed clean and very new.

I chose this hotel because the lady I talked to at the front desk told me that they have a free shuttle to BOTH SFB and MC0 airports when they do not. We needed both airport transfers and this incorrect information put a definite crimp in our plans.

It was close to the Orlando airport. The breakfast was good.

It was dirty, outside and inside. People smoking marijuana while waiting for the shuttle. The room had a strong musty odor. The air conditioner/heater was unusually loud. I was expecting a better experience for the price.

We waited over an hour for transportation. Each time I called I was assured that the driver is on his way. This hotel is 5 minutes from the airport¿¿ The room smelled like dirty feet We won¿t be staying here again

The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was perfect as we were flying out of Orlando Airport and want a place nearby.

It was very close to our Rental Car return. It had a gas station and car wash very close also. The staff was informative, helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was good. They served a hot breakfast.

Was kinda misled about park and fly, they charge $10.00 a day for parking.

Great customer service, close to airport, shuttle was right on time, they let us have a late check-out and the breakfast was wonderful.

They were very accommodating and we were able to get into our room earlier than posted check in time and they gave us a very generous late checkout when we asked. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful.

Airport pick up was chaotic expecting a 15-20 min trip our d over picked up 5 additional riders and we did not arrive until 1.5 hours of riding on the shuttle. We had young children which made this a challenge. Our ride to the airport was smooth and easy!
