Very clean, room was big, kitchenette, very close to Universal.

Very clean. All staff is absolutely phenomenal and so polite.

The AC has the motion sensors, which I understand is for energy conservation, but at night the room got a little warm. Had to get up a few times and wave my arms around to activate it to turn on. Lol

The bed matresses were very soft and worn out. Bath/shower was old and water was going everywhere.

It was convenient and the rooms were a nice size.

The bar service and staff were very unprofessional. Not disrespectful just unprepared and untrained.

It was a nice walk to the Universal Studios, yet, with small children it would be a nightmare¿2 large highway crosswalks. The shuttle bus wasn¿t convenient or accommodating as if you missed the 24 hour sign up in advance, you would could be on standby.

The staff was stretched and with a large crowd present, they did their best to stay up. Ended up using pool towels in the room b/c no housekeeping towels available.

The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy, and the staff were amazing at being attentive and friendly.

The romm was spacious and comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly. It¿s close to the places we visited.

Rooms were dirty. Charged for the free breakfast even though we didn’t eat it.

We like that the room was spacious (handicap room) We also liked the shower (detachable heading)We really liked the friendly staff and smiles.

We did not like that we had to pay $25 a night for parking with no security, no fencing and no nothing.We did not like the shuttle beeping so early in the a.m. right outside the window. We did not like that breakfast was not included in the cost of the room.

Comfy beds. The bathroom is very small for 4 people.

The room size was very spacious, the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. Linens were clean. Staff was super friendly.

The hallway smelled a bit musty, the mattresses need to be refreshed , some dipping. The coffee was overpriced , i could get the same starbucks coffee from in the parks for $4.00 cheaper. The food area had a nice selection however $13 for a can of chips, outrageous. Twenty five dollars a day for parking was ridiculous, just include it with the stay. Shuttle only comes a handful times of day.

Had to pay for parking, and that I booked a room with breakfast included, however upon arrival they told us that the breakfast was not included. It was solved later after talking to booking’s customer service

The welcoming staff. Can’t say enough about every staff encounter we had. Not only were they friendly and helpful, but the young lady that helped us check in also offered to help me with the app for parking- because I kept typing the wrong password.We also really enjoyed the proximity to CityWalk. We were able to walk across to Universal with no issues. There is a pedestrian walkway that goes over the busy thoroughfare. The rest of the pathway to Universal was a beautiful walk.

There really wasn’t anything that we did not like. However, there are a couple of things that I could share. We sadly assumed there would be a hot tub. Totally our fault for not checking first. A hot tub would’ve been nice after the walk around the parks that day. Again, I’m not faulting the hotel. I’m just saying I took the time to read the reviews, but did not look at the amenities. So this message is for people like me.I also thought I would mention that while the breakfast choices were plentiful, the supply was low for some items. It was just a timing issue. We came down behind a lot of people who must’ve been leaving early and Sunday morning. What we ate was great, we just had limited choices due to availability and unfortunately no time to stay for them to replenish supplies. I only mention this because as I stated, I like to read the reviews and somebody may want to allow more time for breakfast than we allotted. The hotel had no control over how many people came at once.
