The room was very spacious, and the hot breakfast was great.

There was rust in the bathroom and the closet, which shouldn't have been there for this kind of hotel.

The shampoo dispenser was empty and we could not reach front desk. We were able to put in request next day and maid came to give us more but then left us with no conditioner

Broken hotel room door, no available rooms to move to til the next day. Gross hardware in the bathrooms full of mold or rust spots where mold previously had been. Pool side bar/restaurant never open that I saw. Elevator smelled like B.O. or weed.

Additional charge for parking which should be included in the room rate. Also the thermostat was difficult to impossible to adjust to regulate the room temperature and the fan could not be shut off on the heat pump. The outdoor pools weren't heated.

Everything was pretty good aside from the housekeepers talking outside of my room and the constant slamming of the doors while in and out of the rooms they were cleaning. It wasn't the average noise you get from house keepers it was loud noise & talking.

The house keepers loud talking in front of the guest rooms and slamming of the guest room doors as they were in and out everyday.

Yes. We had to pay for parking, which became very full as the Memorial Day Weekend approached. We had to circle to find parking. They cleaned our room 1 time and after that, we had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels and wash cloths.

The hotel is in an excellent location with lots of parking.

Cleanliness of this hotel needs a LOT of work. Hair in the shower and on the toilet, food scraps in the kitchenette sink, spiderwebs on the lights. Room was cleaned once in 4 days, after we requested a cleaning, but food scraps and shower not touched.

Great value, clean and we had a kitchenette in our room. Right near sea world and discovery cove which was convenient for us. Starbucks and mellow mushroom in the same parking lot was nice too!

Was there for 4 mornings Breakfast was the same every other day. There was not enough variety of food. They never had bacon scrambled eggs or bagels.

1.At the cleaning area,where you have the machines,i suggests somethings:you may have there a machine always full of coins so guests can change dollars for coins, also you must have there a machine with the soap, softness and the necesary things.and the

The staff was very rude and was not accommodating there was bedbugs in the sofa dirty dishes in dishwasher no shuttle bus no hot food pool and bar was closed no hot tub

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a corner room which was nice, and there didn¿t seem to be a lot of noise throughout the property. The staff was nice and helpful. There¿s restaurants and shops either very close or near.

The staff were unhelpful both at check in and at check out. Despite my Marriott status I was denied a late checkout "because too many people were requesting them." Then they erroneously charged $60 for a car I never parked there and 2 sodas I never drank

The location was great and easy to get into Seaworld and liked that we rec'd free parking pass.

The pool needed to be cleaned, we was short on towels and washclothes and when asked they was out and we had to wait.

The hotel surpassed my expectations, great room, lots of amenities, comfy beds, clean lobby, great breakfast. Would definitely book again! Staff was extra friendly during both check in and out.

Nothing everything was excellent

Breakfast was ok. Hallways were quiet.

$10 parking fees. Restaurant never seems to be open. If you get there later at night you have to park along ways away from the hotel. Staff was not trained properly. Front desk staff was snooty to me.
