- Clean, beautiful grounds and pools. Great poolside service .
- They thought of everything. Every detail has been through through! The service and hospitality was impeccable. We had our kids with us and they went above and beyond to make it special for them. The bed was super comfy. I loved everything!
Cons -
- Room not ready at 4:00 pm my family have to wait 45 minutes Room service bang my door at 8:00 am wake my whole family up. Room service come again 10:00 pm when my family have a private time Every bad experience I dont think I am ever coming back.
- Italian restaurant is average, they should change menu for pasta or main dish during the year.
- As a real estate investor and developer, I have a professional deformation of looking at details and therefore I have to mention that the air conditioning units probably remained original and there is quite a lot of noise in the rooms and in the dressing rooms where they are located, even such a noise that it is transferred to the suitcases that were placed there. There are glue residues on the wooden panels but that's probably my personal problem. As in other Four Seasons hotels, you need to reserve a place for breakfast, which is not entirely comfortable. On vacation, you don't want to plan the exact time when to get up and go to breakfast. Otherwise, you have to wait until it's your turn. We had a similar experience at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas where we resigned and ordered breakfast to our room, which is a shame because the breakfasts at the Four Seasons are top notch. I don't know what it is, probably the restaurants are undersized, we don't have this kind of thing in other hotel chains.

Lovely property and top-notch service overall. Slight hiccups with long wait for car to brought around and bad seating at dinner one night.
excellent service and attention to detail
Wonderful customer service.
Orlando is quite a backwater and if there wasn't Disneyland or NASA there, there's probably no reason to visit it. The Four Seasons Hotel is the best place to stay. Thanks to the water park, you can relax after a day spent in the fronds and traffic jams. It offers the classic top Four Seasons standard that you expect for your money. We visited the hotel after 5 years and since the last visit, the rooms are much nicer and more modern.

Cleanliness was top notch. Safety. The pool and splash was amazing but we couldn’t use it as it was cold weather. The view from our balcony was amazing specially during sunrise.
Breakfast is charged which is not usual for five star hotels.
Fantastic service from every employee, gorgeous and luxurious rooms and setting, the pool complex and lazy river were exceptional.

The staff are really helpful and the facilities are great for families. I like the cafe shop it make me happy in the morning everyday even after the breakfast

Great stay. Great staff. Pricey. Food below par except Capa
Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Very very clean resort, everything was immaculate. The staff were fantastic and super helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional. Capa restaurant is fantastic.Very good facilities for kids without feeling like a kids resort. You could easily enjoy this as a couple without kids. Didn't feel too busy which was nice - plenty of room to spread out. Quite possibly the best hotel I've stayed at, ever!
There is currently construction works on the east side, which although was not noisy, spoiled the view to the east. The drinks service around the pool could be improved, a bit slow but the staff made up for it with their friendliness.

The property is beautiful with amazing facilities. The spa was super and I had an amazing massage there. The pool areas are fantastic for kids. But far and away the best thing is the staff - from the minute we arrived in reception to the last bell person who helped us out with our bags every single staff member was extraordinary. So friendly and helpful and lovely. We’ve stayed at a lot of 5star hotels but never with this amazing level of friendly, fun service. Also really great was the WhatsApp concierge service. We used it all the time to check details, book room service from the Parks so it was there when we arrived back and arranged the spa. They were super responsive and really made our trip seamless. Would really like to thank them for being fantastic.
We booked dinner at Capa and found the food thoroughly disappointing. (Although our waitress was amazing and made our night great! Also would point out the food at Ravello was totally delicious.)
Everything. The Serenity. From the cleanliness, the staff, the foods, and the services. Best I could have experienced. You're paying for the pleasantness - and it was worth it considering we utilized the property as a resort and not just a bed to sleep in.
Prices. It's expensive, but I'd do it again. If you're planning to just quickly shower and sleep, choose a different resort because you'll not have the opportunity to enjoy what's offered.
Amazing. Felt very safe, the grounds fantastic, the staff super friendly. We really could not fault our stay. Construction work nearby so the hotel credited us despite not having too. We toured the USA’s top hotels and found this one to be our absolute best. From concierge to poolside, absolutely fantastic.
Slight inconvenience of local construction, easily fixed by the credit. Was not noisy or caused any issues.

The property was … BIG and therein lies its greatest challenge (which it often failed). I am a massive aficionado of the Four Seasons, its brand and the values it stands for. However, its big ‘resort’ hotels (such as this one and, for example, the one in Texas) just cannot maintain the strengths and basic brand values that lie in great service and attention to detail. They bite off the massive room rates, but cannot chew the customer service (which was often pretty poor). To be asked on Day 5 of our trip if we were ‘checking in’ by one of the lads on the front door (who we had seen at least three times before and tipped twice) just isn’t good enough. Neither is it good enough to pay $2,000 a night and not be shown to the room upon arrival. Neither is it good enough to already be paying the daily rate referred to above and then be offered an upgrade upon arrival … for an additional $4,000 per night. Not is it good enough to want a snack in the afternoon and be told that room service was available or the restaurant at the distant golf club. Four Seasons? This was barely two or three?
The above-mentioned lack of attention to detail, a staff struggling to understand let alone maintain the highest standards expected of the Four Seasons, often poor levels of service and a frankly ordinary room with a ‘lake view’ if you could recall what a lake looked like and imagined it through tress and buildings. If the Four Seasons was a ninth grader their report would read ‘Not good enough - must try harder’ or ‘Come ON Four Seasons, you are so much better than this. We visited the same brand in Marrakech a year ago and were given a complimentary double room upgrade. Here they smile sweetly at you and offer you an upgrade for an ADDITIONAL $4,000 per night and looked shocked when you smile sweetly back and refuse this almost humiliating offer.
Spacious, comfortable rooms and beds. All else from the food to the service to the facilities/pool to the warmth of the hotel were well beyond any expectation, even for a Four Seasons hotel. It was hard to leave it and the lazy river behind to go to the parks! The service and approach were deeply consistent across every part of the resort - really excellent over our 8 night stay. Strongly recommend considering the standard Golden Oak view room with construction view - they offer a 200 USD rebate per night and it is well worth it, and the construction only takes place during the day when people are out and about anyway. I was hesitant but thankful we did. And there is a chance to upgrade onsite if you change your mind. Don't miss the Disney character breakfast! Cappa was a cool food experience with views of the Disney fireworks. Likety Split was a perfect daily treat for our 9 year old - the hotel is so incredibly safe that kids can come and go. The games room is pool side and is among the best I have seen - they have Pacman wall, games, movies, nintendo wall, couches and computer stations etc. It's also just next to the free beds off the lazy river and basket ball "court" (pool.) Sofa style beach beds are free and significant in size - no need to rent the larger ones if only 2 or 3 in your group. There is space everywhere with nooks to take in sun or shade and it never feels crowded. Food pool side is excellent with some affordable bites for the kids. Lots of trees and lush greens.
The price point is a consideration. Cappa has a lot of external guests coming in so must book ahead to get into the 630/7pm dinner slot. It's ok to cancel within a reasonable time so booking ahead may solve it. The adult and family pools have no shade most of the day making it hard to stay in.
