Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando at Seaworld

It was close to theme parks

We had a fire alarm issue in our room and they did not have any extra rooms and offered us a refund but never got it. Had to leave at midnight with my 10 year old.

Clean, good area, decent price.

Parking fee and lack of clarity of the fee. We have stayed here before and never had a fee. They offer nothing special to charge so much. Other hotels nearby do not charge.

Excellent location and very clean

The breakfast ended at 9:00 on a Sunday morning. Yes it was as advertised but that?s way too early for a breakfast bar to close after people have been up late at a theme park

Location and walking distance to Seaworld

Carpet was a bit damp feeling, and extra $10 charge for parking.

Staff and cleanliness were fantastic!!

Pillows were not great. Difficult to sleep on.

The drapes wouldn?t close all the way and it was difficult to sleep. The room smelled like a gym locker. Parking was an additional $12 a day. There is also an additional $50 deposit. The parking lot was near empty. Ridiculous.

Hotel staff were friendly. The lady who managed the breakfast area was super sweet and very hardworking. The pool was great. Everything was clean! Loved it!

Florida water. IYKYK. Lol. But that?s not the hotel?s fault. They work with what they?ve got.

Location, free breakfast

Breakfast closes too early at 9:00 and stayed very crowded to get a table or a waffle. Needs to be larger or extend the hours to lessen the congestion.

This hotel was very close to Sea-World, a free tram ride to the park, free parking while you are in the park ( even if you checked out that morning) a fabulous breakfast, clean, nicely updated rooms and friendly staff. Could not ask for more!

1 trivial thing I can mention is that they place the waffle makers in front of the breakfast line - it needs to be better marked, so you do not wait in line for what you think are the eggs and sausage, only to find out you were waiting on the waffle make

Upon checking in, the staff treated us poorly. I could have booked using my Hilton Rewards and should. The staff working the desk treated us like we walked in off the street. Didn't thank us for our stay, no jacuzzi outside.

Good location, no issues parking. Breakfast was good

The room aircon was on the wall below the window and was quite noisy. Also there was a blind covering part of the window where the air con was so no curtains. It was quite bright as a consequence.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

In the bathroom inside the shower the paint was pealing off of the ceiling and the TV made a squealing noise like either the speaker is getting ready to go out or maybe one of the cables is going out.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff was polite, professional, accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was good. It was a great location for our event at the Convention center.

We wished the pool hrs were more accommodating (open later hours). Upon checking into room we were met with an unpleasant "sour mop" type smell. We used alot of spray fragrance to mask it so eventually it dissipated.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was great.

My only feedback would be the bathroom doors do not easily stay closed, but I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our room was not ready at check-in time so that was annoying after soending a long day at the theme park. Also it was noisy.

Very grumpy staff during breakfast. She was SUPER annoyed that she had to pull trash. It was really unfortunate to have to see her hissy fit in front of so many guests.
