Location and property has plenty of lights and parking.

Condition.. It’s been 4 days and my deposit was billed to my CC and I have not received my refund on my CC. The A/C was very noisy & was not able to sleep. No trash bin in the room. Remote missing battery cover. Refrigerator had dents on it.

Location/ heated pool and ofc Mrs.B at the front desk

There wasn’t a trash can in the room/ the microwave did not work/ no pillows

The lights and outlets by the bed didn't work. The floor was cleaned, but had a residue all over it. The shower head was leaking. The place needs remodeling. It's pretty rough.

Staff extremely rude doors to room dont lock there are room inspections and lots of fighting from other guests did not feel safe at all during this stay and was HARASSED by staff

It was disgusting, roaches, shower had a crack and was so dirty I didn?t care to shower in it. The bed was the only thing serviced.

Would never stay here again. I booked a king size bed and got a twin bed. Also They only clean the rooms 2x a month. The neighbors are annoying. Front desk refused to give me new towels after i already turned in the dirty ones. 0/10 experience

After a couple phone calls, the check-in attendant was able to put me in a better room. Checking in was very slow. People walking around that hotel. Like homeless people. Not a good experience if you travel a lot and like a quiet clean place.

Checking in was very slow computer systems or attendant was not efficient. The first room I walked into I could not stand in there. Heavy smoking room. I think all the rooms in the hotel are smoking. The pictures look great, but this is a run down.

Nothing at all they have nothing to offer wifi is poop pool is poop staff poop tenants are crackheads and prostitutes.

Good location. The noise level was minimum. The studio was spacious.

The hotel offered housekeeping services once a week which included fresh towels and garbage, but this service was not offered in the 13 days I was there. I left one day early and they refused to reimburse me.

location is convenient

they only clean the room once a week if you want to change your bed sheet you will bring it to office you have to buy your own paper toilet and throw your own garbage, I eventually check out early one week no refund service is poor poor poor poor

Absolutely nothing upon arrival. The manager was very nice but we knew right away. Something wasn't right when the fully armed, both body armor and weapons guard came through to talk about a situation with one of the rooms.

TV was on upon arrival, you could hardly lock the door, baby cockroaches dancing all over the door, bathroom was totally dirty, numerous fights outside our door. we left. Run away from this place!

Some of the staff was nice

Not being awaken @ 4:44am by security telling me that we were not supposed to be there. Then after my husband started getting upset he threatened to put us out. Then when spoke to the office only thing we got was he was doing his job.

I wish I could give at least one option it was horrid

One towel for a family of three. No washcloths. Room smelled bad of pet feces. I recommend not staying here unless you like poverty Just an Insight for most respectable people

Good parking

I had to sweep and mop the entire room and bathroom. The staff only changed the sheets and towels, there was garbage in the kitchen under the sink from the last guests. I killed at least 16 roaches in the 5 days that I stayed here.

The bathroom was clean

It's more like an apartment than a hotel. People sitting outside smoking. You can hear through the walls. I got woken up at 1am by the couple next door arguing.

The location besides the two birds I saw it was cool

It did not have no racks One towel And the two bugs I saw Did not come with a pot or a pan you cannot get clean towels or sheets

Absolutely I¿ve ask for more clean towels because I was their 2 nights the staff said they do not give out towels they only have what¿s in the room !!! Ridiculous !! Then I spotted a couple of roaches !! Then the sheets had stains on them u can see

Everything was nasty smoke detectors hanging from wall mold and mildew in bathroom and was confronted by other people on where to get drugs and asked if I party!! Stay away from here also hotel keeps charging my card and I¿m not even there anymore!!
