No towel hooks in room. Breakfast was fair and not well maintained. The building and rooms are not in great condition. The parking lot fills quickly.

The rooms were falling apart, and were moldy. The shower didnt work and the faucet was leaking all night.

Yes they charged me a fee and didn't give me my deposit back because of smoke. The reality is we informed the front desk the room smelled like smoke and she said it was probably because we turned the heat on and gave us their air freshener.

I payed for the reservation, after reaching hotel, front desk person said no room available. That too at late in the night

The refrigerator was unplugged and dirty.. the towels and sheets everything was dirty and old and worn out. The bathroom outlet did not work.. nor did the hairdryer.. my grandchildren wouldn?t get under the sheets

These people went into our room and shut the fridge off and all my food went bad and the ice I had melted all over.. they also shut off the AC.. we had a do not disturb on the door. They did not clean the room

Absolutely nothing , worst hotel I have ever been to.

The hotel was absolutely awful. There was mold everywhere I got sick. I have rashes all over my body and they never gave me my refund that they were supposed to

I hated everything about my room. The mole was uncontrollable. It was in the sink. It was on the roof it was on the floor it was on the walls. It was absolutely disgusting and they still will not give me my refund even with all the pictures

I check in the 3 floor the hallway smell mildew /room When back to guest told him my concerns he checked me in to another room on the 3 floor.? When sat on the bed the whole bed came up on one side screws everything . I immediately check out

Everything. Broken door that does not close or open without you having to ram into it like the police busting in. Wini hanging off the wall, broken lopsided bed, filthy carpets, mold all over the bathroom including on the decor, no hot water, overall bad.

Had the worst experience at conquering horrible smell was given a smoke room when I asked a non-smoke room allergic and allergic to smoke verydissatisfied
