I wish the breakfast started earlier or there was an option for bagged breakfast. Our flight was too early.

What it cost me to eat supper!!! $19 for a cheeseburger & fries; service fee of $9.90; $36 for 2 drinks; $1.24 for food add-on tax; $2.34 for liquor add on tax!!! $---!! Then they want a tip!!! Ridiculous!! I should have ordered from Dennys!!!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, kind staff.

The room was clean with comfortable beds.

The HVAC unit needs to be serviced. Every time it turned on, it woke me, and I was up most of the night.

The hotel was very clean and at the front desk. She is amazing and a very pleasant person. All the staff was very nice and professional. I enjoyed my stay I would go back again

Location, friendly staff.

They issued me a handicap room with 2 beds & hotel was nowhere near capacity. I?m not sure why they did this, no mention upon check-in.

The TV was nice and large. It was nice to have a real Keurig in the room but a small pain to have to brew my own coffee. Bathroom lights were bright and nice for makeup application.

Sheets wrinkled on one bed. Made me suspect they weren't changed between customers. Other bed was fine. Rug between beds visibly dirty. Hallway tiles on 1st floor and elevators were dirty. No fresh coffee vats at entrance like other hotels, charged for it

This was a amazing deal. Staff was so nice and shuttled us where we needed to go. So pleased with this hotel experience.

Feather pillows. Didn't realize I was allergic time late so had to call for cotton pillows. The staff brought them up as quickly as possible.

I loved how clean it was. I loves the staff. So respectful and helpful

The only thing that I didn't like was that the world needs more staff like the staff at your hotel. They were amazing.

Nice room

Arrived very late and had to call for shuttle twice. Waited 45 minutes for shuttle and the exhaust fumes inside shuttle van were bad. Driver very rude.Arrived at hotel and clerk didn¿t even greet us.just asked for is and gave us key

Spacious room, clean, modern

Ice machine was not working on our floor and difficult to operate alone due to sensors.

We arrived early, (9 am) and they let us have our room right away! Desk staff was amazing.

The rooms are nice and clean. Quite.

They are doing construction and the lobby is hot and theres no breakfast

Friendly staff with clean rooms. Location was perfect for airport next day.

Under construction. Was relocated 1 time due to paint smell in room. But new room was fine.

Staff were very nice and accommodated a late check out of 1 PM.

There was no hot water. The staff were very nice about it but there was no offering for a discounted rate or extra points for not having hot water during our stay. I love Hilton so I was disappointed in the handling of this.

Pay for the hotel upfront and was told that it wasn¿t paid for and we are still trying to straighten this matter out!

How close it was to the airport & the shuttle service.

We were ready early & ask if the shuttle could take us to the airport. The front desk lady was very short with us & said no, even though the shuttle driver was sitting waiting in the parking lot.
