Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Nona

Overall it was extremely clean and well located, breakfast team were constantly cleaning and clearing. Maid service not cleaning our room was the overwhelming disappointment.

Unfortunately we didn?t get maid service.? no explanation. We didn?t display ?do not disturb? so no excuses. Also the live music from Boxi park or a restaurant was so loud on Sat night past 11pm that sleeping was not an option.

The location is within walking of multiple restaurants and venues. Easy access to the interstate too. Very nice breakfast each morning including a full coffee bar and rotating protein options. The staff was very attentive and on top of everything.

The pool was great, but needed to be cleaned a bit more with the increased summer use.

It was easy to get to and in a nice area.

The parking. We were NOT happy that we had to park on the street because our truck would not fit in their parking garage. They had no available parking that was secure that was not in the garage. I will not go back to this hotel for that reason alone.

The hotel was beautiful, the restaurant was great, the suite which was additional $-- was very disappointing since it was just a regular room, the sofa was very uncomfortable

Very clean and comfortable room. Located away from all the traffic and congestion of the Disney World area and only a short 15-20 minutes drive away. A very nice restaurant right outside the hotel doors. Would stay again without hesitation.

Very clean and nice hotel. Felt safe. Nice to have a 12 PM check out.

It would have been nice if they had a free breakfast. Also parking isn't super convenient but you feel safe and there is plenty of it.

This is a great, new, and clean hotel. The room I was given was huge. The bathroom is very sleek and modern. The airport shuttle is really convenient for travelers.

It was clean and new and quiet

Brand new hotel. Very clean and modern.

I was given a handicaped room. The bathroom was designed as wet floor so after one shower whole bathroom was covered with water. Therefore I needed a slipers to walk around the bathroom which was hazardous because it was slippery.

Beautifully decorated with convenient covered parking

Not a lot of food options - up and coming development still in its infancy stage.

Clean, professional staff and comfortable room.

Clean, modern feel.

I could hear the background music being played in the front of the hotel all night every night--it was not loud, but it was loud enough to be heard in my room facing the front and bothered me a bit in the wee hours of the morning.

Everything was fresh and clean. The room decor was very nice. Parking was free which was a plus.

Brand new, very modern and great staff

Drinks are a bit pricey and the hotel is a distance away from everything.

The hotel was clean, modern, and cool. Even though our stay was short, it was nice.

The shuttle ends at midnight....that is not on the website. The only reason I picked this hotel was because of the shuttle. Our flight was delayed and we got in at 12:10. The hotel refused to send a shuttle, so I had to pay $28 to get there.

I liked the fact that it was a brand new hotel, away from all the traffic. The front desk was very attentive.

THE AC in the room was automatic and would turn off, and the room was kind of hot.

Decor

Cellular reception in the room was terrible! WiFi sucks too!!

The hotel was newer and very clean.

internet connection was very poor all over the hotel

Spotless, nearly brand new hotel.

Location was so-so. In a couple years, it'll be in the middle of everything, but currently, the area is still under development.

The hotel is new (7 months only), very clean and chic.

location is very remote from everything
