I wished the young lady at check in gave me the option to choose what floor just like what she did to the gentleman in front of me. And she needs to smile and learn to greet people.

Parking was easy.

My room is in need of renovation. The shower even had mold at the bottom. In addition, rooms are only cleaned every other day.

Clean comfy beds

Breakfast buffet not a lot of options for it to be a buffet.

Sink leaked, there was no hot water in the room. The room had a dank smell.

Location to what I needed.

The rooms smelled musty and old. I went to my room and couldn't tolerate the smell, so I got assigned a new room. A man brought my new keys and asked what the problem was. I was told they had just cleaned the carpets, but the new room was the same.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They offer free breakfast because my flight was delayed.

A little outdated; but perfect for a short stay

the room was clean, the hotel was nice. The bed was not as comfortable as I would like. But everything else was great.

The ability to get a drink and something to eat. The manager of the bar area was fantastic.

I was charged twenty five dollars for checking in twenty minutes early. The rate of the room was high enough did not think 20 minutes warranted $25.

Easy pet stay policy. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Wish the pool had a heater!

Very convenient, like the size of it (not difficult to get around)..the staff was excellent.

My room was located next to a stairway and there was continuous noise, although not constant...not the hotel's fault

I think for the price they could offer a little bit of a free breakfast and coffee and tea.

Check in was a breeze, comfortable bed and clean as always.

Of course we hate when the breakfast isn't free although some locations offer theirs free.

My experience was average. I did like the lady that checked me in and how she handled issues that I was experiencing with my room. She handled it professional and was very attentive to my needs. The evening and night staff was wonderful!

The restaurant. I tried to order food to go and just pick it up and the lady working in the restaurant was very rude and was not accommodating at all. I felt like I was a bothersome and not valued as a guest. Maybe she was having a bad day.

This was a terrible hotel. It had water damage in the room and smelled of mildew/mold. It was dirty and old, way overpriced. Disappointing.

Friendly staff, clean and updated common areas. Breakfast concierge was so wonderful! Nice area to run in.

Noisy neighbors but only for a brief time.

Room was big and clean.. room was in the back so it was nice and quiet

C we got 2 cards and only one worked. When we checked in guy was ok. Didn¿t tell us where anything was including our room.
