Quality Inn & Suites Orlando East - UFC Area

Vicinity to UCF

There were so offputting people around the hotel. Several people sitting in the cars smoking. The breakfast area was roped off for 2 mornings. We had staff come to our door at 8am saying we needed to change rooms for scheduled furniture, etc updates.

Location of the area for the price

Construction across the street for now

If it was with my family I would have left place needs to be brought back to life. I didn’t do anything there just sleep but it was ran down

The location from my destination was perfect

Roaches, and ants everywhere. Floor tiles cracked, paint chipping off the walls, and overall the room wasn't very inviting.

Price. Rooms have been updated but....

The updates were cheap, awful flooring. Smell in room. Maintenance issues. Extremely dark in room, terrible lighting. Lots of noise. Killed 2 roaches.

Location

Cleanliness , smelly, bathroom was worst , sink clog

Free breakfast

Floorboards warped answer underneath in bathroom to almost where the fridge is

1st Day, Power outage. We ended up with no breakfast and the Guest Service Agent was unpleasant, loud and rude. 2nd Night I had to call the front desk twice to help with a Guest cursing the whole Night.

Location is great

Old dirty no ice...very weak breakfast

It was remodeled, clean, comfortable.

The tub was cluged, the toilet was leaking. The heat was not working right. Too cold

The cockroahes. Very friendly

Everything the noise at night and unsafe environment

Absolutely filthy! Left after 5 minutes and found a different place to stay. Would love to upload pictures for you, but there was blood on the mattresses filthy dirt all over the bed skirts down the walls. The floors were absolutely filthy.

Close to ucf campus

Hotel was gross. Room was musty, room gross, sheets looked nasty and bathroom was disgusting

Absolutely nothing.

The motel has recently been remodeled, but you can tell that it was putting lipstick on a pig. The place was disgusting and absolutely filled with druggies and bums loitering all over. Didn't want to use the shower or toilet because they were disgusting.

The beds are very comfortable. The quietness was helpful. The room was very clean.i would definitely book again.

The motel was in a location that was accessible to the destinations we were visiting.

This motel did not offer some of the stated amenities. There was not a free breakfast. The bathroom smelled like urine. The shower had no hot water after 9am. The ice machine didnt work. The sheets had stains. The floor was in disrepair.

Days inn staff are very kind a professional and try to do everything they can to make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable

Some off guest were very loud

Location n staff did there best to help with anything I needed

It was good for price would like weekly rate

People are all hours of the night walking around definite drug use and alcohol use 2:00 in the morning somebody was banging on something didn't get a very good night's sleep, will not go back. I guess you get what you pay for.

I did not enjoy the fact that I had no hot water to shower with. And when I called the office to find out why I was told they would contact the maintenance man but all he did was come to my room and see if the water was cold them said that he knew what
