Very close to UCF campus, reasonable price, clean, great staff

Our particular room was very damp and the balcony door did not open and close properly..they were at capacity and cpuld not move us

The location was convenient, the staff was courteous and pleasant

The room was small compared to nearby hotels. The coffee maker didn't work well without coffee pods, so making hot water for tea was very messy. The microwave plate didn't fit properly so it made a lot of noise. As did the other room doors, constantly.

the Hampton has free breakfast in lobby. You have Starbucks and a paid food area only.

I love having the cafe and bar available. The staff was super nice and the room was very clean. The AC was great.

the construction made coming and going somewhat disruptive. I wouldn¿t have been happy if the construction was outside my window, but we faced the back and it was quiet. The light over the bathroom sink was very dim and it was hard to get ready.

The price and the location

It¿s under construction and I believe it should have been listed when we booked. The building looked abandoned. I felt like I was at the wrong place

It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the food was excellent.

The pool was closed that day for cleaning.

Very nice pool area & hot tub, nice natural location with trees etc, plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. However it shows that it is an old hotel. Cramped room, toilet didn't flush well, etc. Fridge froze my salad.

There's a buzz presumably coming from a buzzer in the stairwell and they "can't do anything" (yet other hotels can!) crappy internet (FTP problems) worn furniture, old ice machine takes forever. They let Jehovah witness peddle in hallway (inacceptable!)

The first room was bad ( see below) the second room met my expectations...

The first room I was given reeked so bad of urine, I had to immediately leave and went the front desk, they put me in a room that was fine.. my question is who did the quality check on that first room? There is no way anyone could stay in the first room!

Very well kept, clean, quiet!!

The telephone didn't work at all. The connection was broken in the back of the phone so I couldn't call the front desk.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very friendly.

The staff was grade A. The smell when we entered the room was uninviting.

The cleanliness of the room could majorly improve. There were stains on our sheets. We didn't complain since we would only be there one night.

It’s closeness to UCF.

Construction going on at building entrance. A slight annoyance, but not a huge deal. Will definitely book again.

The room smelled and the water pressure was terrible. No breakfast included and when tried to buy it was told no.

The rooms are not as depicted on booking site. If you want the suite pictured they charge you more when you get there if it is even available.

Room had nice furnishings, nice layout, all new.

It was at an ideal location close to UCF. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast and amenities were excellent. No street noise and quiet hallways. I wish that I had found this Marriott sooner and will return!

Hands-down, by far the best staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Even though the hotel is a mid range hotel the staff Is five star if I could rate it higher I would. I?m not talking just about the front desk people I?m talking about everyone
