Mai Hana Hotel and Suites I Drive-Theme Parks

The pool looked lovely.. we stayed one night, perfect location to everything you want to see, hotel employee was so helpful and friendly and so was the breakfast cooks and servers! Pool looked amazing 😉

The staff was wonderful, and we appreciated having room service every day.

The rooms are a little outdated. There also should have been a better disclosure about shuttle service to the parks as they only run one time.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The shuttle was easy to use. The staff was helpful with all my questions.

The beds were very uncomfortable. There were no washcloths in the room and when my husband went to the lobby to request some, he was only given two, though there was four of us. The breakfast was poor, and that’s one of the main reasons I booked because the facility included breakfast. We ended up purchasing breakfast after checking out. It was a decent stay for one night, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Very noisy. Next door to a club which is very loud until the early hours of the morning. People congregate near the pool outside the rooms at all hours of the night. More a motel than a hotel.

The breakfast was surprisingly good compared to many other hotels. For a complimentary breakfast, there was a plenty of choice and you can really have a filling meal in the morning (rice, sausages, scrambled eggs, mashed avocados, bread, roasted potatoes, waffles, and more). There are many restaurants, playrooms, and other activities nearby, all within walking distance.

Location is fantastic to Universal epic universe. Our room and sheets were very clean. We had plenty of towels provided and toiletries. The free breakfast was decent and had a nice variety.

It’s great that there’s so many things right down the street to do in places to eat, but that does cause it to be loud in the room at times. It’s a motel style, so there’s AC units in the window and the doors open out to the street. The room looks fairly updated, but they obviously just painted over things to make it look pretty in the bathroom. For example, the door in the bathroom the molding in the walls look like they’re painted over chipped paint so it’s not aesthetically appealing, but it’s clean and good for the price. The shower was clean, however outside of the shower there was mold against the wall. It’s a walk-in shower with a step and no tub.

the breakfast was amazing for a long day at universal parks. They have free ride to them. We got a welcome drink in a bar near to the hotel.

The bathroom has an uncomfortable shower, the toilet didn’t have proper drenaje and the sink seemed to be a little clogged.
